Ghostrunner | Hel Boss Fight "In Her Own Image" (No Commentary) 

for anyone having trouble parrying like me here is the secret: press the block button (attack) ONLY when you see her sword blinking.

I just beat her earlier today. This boss fight was so damn cool.

I'm in love with this game!! Seriously I'm super into it. Can't stop playing it.

You can really feel Hel's aggressivity, especially when you play as her in Project Hel.

This guy makes it look easy to beat hel

Took a while to win for me (like 30 minutes or something)but my favorite boss battle imo. They did a really good job making me feel like I was parrying her attacks. Just came here to see other people play this boss lol

Considering how good most of the rest of the game is with checkpoints, having none at all here seems like just artificially making the fight more difficult by making it more punishing rather than more challenging.

You know it took me 28 minutes to beat her, but some how I only died 58 times. I mean I keep miss my parries, however, I found out that you won’t die immediately if you do that cause it just resets her start up attacks. Then, I memorized the patterns and timed it correctly. I also kinda moved in a big circular fashion so that if I miss the parry opening, I won’t be knocked off the edge. This is how I beat her, but I’m a first timer so I personal look for patterns and then time them.

I'll never unsee the y- clip hel does at the start of the battle when she breaks the blade lock.

Someone here mentioned to attack each time you see the yellow flash that comes off her sword. If you're not seeing the flash you're not attacking her right or in time. If you watch closely you'll see when she attacks the swing of the blade will fall in a certain pattern. The first one is three then pause a tiny bit when the sword goes over her head then down, that's when you strike (then hit her again when she falls back). It's almost as if she makes a complete swing and you'll see the flash below as if she hits the ground. The second time it's four swings (with the yellow flash) and her fifth swing if you do it in time you'll hit her again. Third time I can't remember but I just kept trying to follow the yellow flash. The forth time is when you kill her. Also go into the skills and highlight her in red so you can see better when she jumps or you'll be looking around all the time. Good luck.

The boss is easy, it's just the zip-lines have tricky hit boxes sometimes.

I finnaly beated her today, I did it in 54 minutes and died 132 times. But it was my first time, next time, I will do better.

BROOOOOOOOO I feel so dumb rn, I spend like 40- 30 minutes trying to figure how to beat her and I was doing it the wrong way. I was using Focus instead of just attacking her normally. Anyone had the same struggle? I dont wanna feel dumb alone

Ah yes, sekiro: ghostrunners die twice Seriously though, as a souls fan who played a bit of sekiro, had an absolute blast with this boss, just so well done. F for folks without such experience who struggle with her

"Flawless" ⚡

Was surely a hard fight. Harder than Mara. Still, if we compare, reaching the Architect was surely a pain. If you don't master the art of jumping and dashing, you definetly wont get past the last 25% of the Cybervoid. Game has potential, but sadly it's only a part, since they didn't let a gate for a sequel.
