Giant african land snails, also known as Achatina are pets of my friend @OlivieZizkovaofficial and she has clutches of three breeds. Here i recorded two of them.
The baby eating its own egg shell it just hatched from, is Archachatina marginata ovum. Once they hatch, they eat their egg shells as a source of calcium which they need to grow and strengthen their own shell.
The babies eating lettuce are around 4 month old Lissachatina fulica.
All these baby snails have quite transparent body, the younger they are (and especially if they have albino body like in these cases), so you can easily see through their head how the food enters their mouth and continues into their body.
