fun fact; It's implied that SiRN Akuma is a robot just like the Copy Fighters SiRN makes in World Tour, so technically this might qualify as cyber akuma. Just wish it had been more prominent in the design.
there's a shin akuma theme in the game, you can hear it and select it in the new bgm settings, im not sure if it's the same one that plays during the SiRN akuma fight, but it does imply that there's probably a shin akuma fight in arcade mode, or that it's planned in the future
@@cagethelonewolf how do you use the world tour character against CPU Akuma? There's no option to select your character other than the actual SF6 characters
Listen here the one who always types PUSSY IN BIO on Twitter. How about you malfunction and be a Trojan Horse elsewhere. This prawnbot stole my comment!
I learn a character through doing a lot of arcade until I can go through hardest on 12 with few losses. Lvl 8 cpu is the most deranged enemy I’ve ever seen in a game
@@RoderickThe13 So far cheese tactics with Gief is useless to me... I try a Suplex, he armor breaks it or backsteps. I try a Ex-SPD outta nowhere and now he suddenly jump happy...
I used blanka and spammed triangle + circle + down and waited until he got up and kept spamming again until he got KO’d. 😂 even caught a couple perfects using that shit
just want to leave this here for those who may not have heard or recognized, the two special supers shin akuma is using are the misogi(input is 2qcb+k), first seen in capcom vs snk 2, and the kongou kokuretsuzan(input is triple tap down + 3p), first seen in third strike. there is also a way you can use these in a normal match as akuma: do his back taunt, then hold down + spam all punch/kick buttons until you see him pull out and eat a rice ball. you will also get access to his double air fireball which is qcb+p
The kanji that appears on Shin Gouki's back is "Shinjin" (God-like Person), and has its origins in Capcom vs. SNK 2. The Shinjin kanji returned in Street Fighter 5 where it appeared on the backs of both Gouki and his "Shin" (True) form after a "Shun Goku Satsu" (Flash Prison Murder) has been performed.
Shin Gouki always got a slightly different version. At least the kanji at the end is different. Instead of "Ten" (Heaven), Shinjin (man like a god) is used. This was back in SNK Vs. Capcom 2
@clydu91 The kanji on Shin Gouki's back has changed from "Ten" (Heavens) to "Shinjin" (God-like Person). The changing of kanji between the two forms of Gouki bears its origin in Capcom vs. SNK 2. I ain't beating the CPU 8 Akuma anytime soon...but I can still get points for the Giant Event with my Avatar...that's an easier challenge and every time you beat Akuma it's 4000 points.
I did. I told Mick Gordon that SF6 has Shin Akuma and can he do a theme for him, he basically said sure and he created this brilliant theme for him with some motifs from his old theme. Mick gave it to me and I sent it to Capcom but I listened to a bit of it. This theme is truly great from the brilliant mind of Mick Gordon
If you just want it in game, it's given freely in the music playlist thing that you can do now. If you mean you want it to keep I'm sure it'll be somewhere...
Was literally waiting on this after seeing Justin Wong feel the fire. Man this shin akuma is crazy. Rumours you can play as him if you perfect him twice.
Na, from what I’m seeing and hearing, you first do Akuma’s taunt where he sits down and press the taunt again as he his is getting up to make him eat a rise ball. After he eats all of it, Akuma’s eyes light up and he becomes Shin Akuma.
Nope, just do back taunt so Akuma sits down, then do down taunt so he starts eating rice, and when he finishes his eyes glow and you have access to anything Shin Akuma can do
I'm glad that I purchased Akuma...I'm looking forward to this...and I did Akuma in Arcade...so far he hasn't disappointed gonna look into this further. I've waited since SF4 for a good version of Akuma to spawn...its happened!
Awesome Max. The Attack Mode looks like a really mode too Play, Level 8 Shin Akuma or SiRN Akuma looks tougher than the standard Level 8 Akuma but a good thing you get Points regardless for just Fighting him. Wake up Demon after a Demon was Dope 😀.
The kanji on Shin Gouki's back is known as "Kishin" (Literal Translation: Demon God/Figurative Translation: Fierce Deity). This kanji was first seen in Street Fighter 4, where after a what-if version of Gouki that is consumed by the "Satsui no Hado" (Surge of Murderous Intent) which goes by the name of "Oni" (Ogre) performs the "Shun Goku Satsu" (Flash Prison Murder). The literal translation of Kishin is a descriptor for Oni's power, while the figurative translation is meant to reference the "Wrathful Deities" in the "Tantric" tradition of "Buddhism".
@@hectoraliegbe9429 actually, I'm just curious if the Kanji changes depending on how much of his power he is using. Like if it changes if he goes full power and turns Shin
@25shadow11 The changing of kanji between the two forms of Gouki bears its origin in Capcom vs. SNK 2. In that game, after Gouki absorbs "Orochi" power from Rugal, he was transformed into a new version of his "Shin" (True) form where the kanji on his back changes from "Ten" (Heavens) to "Shinjin" (God-like Person). The Shinjin kanji on Shin Gouki's back symbolized that the former is not merely unleashing his full power but has achieved the power rivaling that of a deity. The Shinjin kanji returned in Capcom Fighting Evolution once again on the back of Shin Gouki. However, in Street Fighter 5, the kanji can be seen even on the back on the "base" form of Gouki as well as his Shin form after he performs the Shun Goku Satsu.
The kokuretsu zan super has to be my main secret super art and of my favourites too after the demon attack super from akuma. This is akuma of sf6 is a real impregnable monster that's for sure. Seeing max dedicate videos for street fighter 6 again makes me wanna play akuma more like I said. Who knows if max is going to stay on sf 6 to play akuma all day everyday and abandon mk 1 or t8 most likely not cause hes waiting for takeda and t8 he might return to it but as of now he is going on akuma mode. I'll keep watching these matches until I try to have the year 1 pass. seeing these matches at least is like I'm trying the character myself.
I'm just a casual, i died like 50 times before i got my first win with Ryu. I can only wish i was as good as Max. I did find it somewhat easier using Akuma though, with around 10 losses before a win on average today.
ok i haven't gotten a chance to play akuma in sf6 since i took a break from the game but, can the custom characters in the tour mode use the raging demon?
I thought the fight against Giant Akuma was going to be a LITERAL ONE ON ONE FIGHT like any other fight in Street Fighter, but its just you winning enough fight money to attack Giant Akuma by defeating "SiRn Akuma"
Got to love this new Akuma, to grow a beard like that means Akuma must have shaved a lot in the past to maintain his clean shaven features 😁. The dude manscapes 😁
Man I miss the old arcade days. Waiting for your turn, on the arcade, to play tag 2 😁 just chatting with the other guys about tekken since you all know each other 😁.
This may be popular enough that they do more frequent Giant Attack events. Not sure what their plans are, although it was implied this won't be the last one.
This is why I absolutely love modern Capcom they take what works and try to apply it to other games, someone saw how the Siege Quests in MH went and did something similar for Street Fighter 6.
Shin Akuma is only tough on those who didn't put in the work in World Tour. I get one 360 on him with my level 90 avatar and I take off 70% health. lol
