Thank you for your comment jerramy. It is a very small oven so when I finish cooking I take a bowl with hot water and a little bit of dish soap and a sponge and clean it :)

Malcolm Lewis hello:) in Greece we usually eat it with a Greek salad or on its own with bread. Some like it with sausages too. I like it a lot with red pepper too (not chilli, a special kind called here Florinis pepper) either along with carrots as its cooked or separately as a salad with e.v.o.o, lemon juice and salt
Malcolm Lewis well if you like this you will also like beans based salad .You boil black eyed peas let them cool and throw them into a bowl .add lemon juice lettuce onions some salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic if you want to and they are ready.
We always brine dry beans, otherwise you can't use them. Another way if you forget to brine them is: You put them in cold water until they come to a boil, then you turn the heat off, you cover the pot with it's lid and you leave the beans for an hour in there. After this you can start cooking them ;)
