Hi! I just got a pair of juvenile giant day geckos from a pet store so I don't know how old they are. They are about 4.5" long, and their head and body is just 2 inches. Any guesses for their age? I really appreciate it!
Where did you get the cork branches? I'm upgrading my giant day gecko to a 24x24x18 and need some new branches. Was planning to have some bamboo custom cut but I want some branches that are more complex in shape with curves and dips. The one you used looks exactly like what I'm looking for.
I buy the bulk boxes of assorted cork bark from Amazon. It's a bit tough though because you don't really know what you're getting. I've ordered it a few times now and it's always different... Usually it's a good mix of fairly large flats and tubes, but one time it was mostly small flat pieces, and the last time I ordered it was just a few huge tubes
Have you ever had any problems with humidity (building a vivarium for 2 Madagaskar giant day geckos and I’d like a water feature but at the shop they told me it wouldn’t be a good idea cus of to high humidity)
