This pork curry is a masterpiece! The skill of the cook is truly commendable, bringing out the rich flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine. Kudos to the simplicity and warmth of the Sri Lankan people, who add an extra layer of charm to this culinary journey. HMMM - looks delicious❤❤❤ greetings from Italy. Nearby my house we have a Sri Lanka restaurant and my son takes often take away , it is delicious but !!! for us Europeans often tooo spicy, so we have the choice between little spicy and very spicy, ❤❤❤
As someone from Kerala, who eats a variety of pork curries, I was quite surprised to see tamarind put in it. Tamarind, especially this one is exclusively used in fish curries, to give it a sour taste and enhance the fishy flavour. Also the roti looks downright tough and hard on the outside and possibly squishy on the inside. Rice would have been better. But that was some awesome juicy tender cut of pork.🙂🙂
There's always someone to sit there and give their opinion on something that is done differently all over the world. Yeah you maybe from one place and do things one way but there are Indians all over the world that also cook their curries and roti's and other dishes differently to others, textures and tastes maybe different thats why it's always interesting to watch and be respectful of how other cultures/people make their food.
