Honestly, those Losi's you've been trying out have done ok I think. Anything hitting a tree with one wheel at speed risks that kind of damage. You ran it fairly hard in a range of situations and it handled them well and was pretty fast and stable most of the time. Good trucks.

My SRR is my favourite RC of all. Vitavon hubs and 21t with MadMax GiantGrip tyres and it’s a beast. And the roll cage absorbs impacts so much better than any shell - no shell popping off like my X-maxx. And you don’t need a motor upgrade because it’s a beats of a can already. Love it! Nice to see it standing up to the Talbot Treatment TM pretty well :D Nice one Kev

The parts you will break most on the SRR. Steering knuckle, hubs, upper arms, and shock towers. When anything else breaks, that was merely by chance. I rarely break anything other than what I've listed. RPM makes a number of parts for it. I'd recommend aluminum hubs and aluminum shock tower. Those break not to often, but are the most annoying breakages, especially the shock tower.

Hey Kevi if you could reply back that would be wonderful. My question is I am looking to buy a Traxxas slash and there are two. One says brushless and the other says nothing about brushless. The brushless one is more money then the non brushless one but I am not worried about money. I am just wondering which one is the best to get brushless or the non brushless one.

That's nice! I got a super rock rey v2 with spectrum set up s905 servo, how much better is the s905 vs s904? and I have already ordered rc4wd 40 series rock crusher tires for it and 17mm hex adapters to get the higher clearance to be able to tackle all off road terrain, I hope they domt balloon too bad under moderate to heavy throttle but I plan on taping them before mounting, and besides upgrading spindles do you all think rear aluminum bearing carriers and maybe a aluminum/other metal rear axle housing is a good idea? and to add weight to the back area to even the weight bias? Thanks

Hey kev, for your slash 4x4 you should try a center diff! It is part number 6780! I have it in my slash 4x4 vxl and I just replaced it with 100k diff oil because the oil that came with it was too heavy!
