Hi Kevin. Hope it's OK to just message you like this,I have no idea how this all works or whether you would even be interested in seeing my little project I have going on..but as an avid watcher and follower of your channel I thought you might like to see these I've been working on for a very long time now....... I really would value your first impressions Kev and if you think they would be popular? Either your friends or in my dream world on your channel for the world 😊 I have named them CK-8S and CK-6S (Carbon Kraton) Both are 2x2 twill 2 layer Carbon Fibre,they are completely one off bespoke shells each time I make two (30 hours total start to finish) I love both my kratons just as I know you do but I got so fed up with going through a shell each run so I decided to make something alot stronger 💪not completely indestructible but about plenty enough 😊 I've also made a one off bespoke granite 4x4 shell for my first real job... Really hope to hear from you bud. Tim Card # please can anyone get this somehow to Kevin for me I've been trying so hard and I know he would love to see them #

Be honest Kevin, do you think it's acceptable that RC manufacturers allow these cars out on the market with parts that regularly break (without bashing). I've suffered so much with my original Arrma Outkast that I stopped using it for fear of needing to spend more money. Felt ripped off paying the original £600.

*for those of you wondering how the rc cars drive one two wheels:* when you take a hard turn and a pair of wheels go up in the air, the airborne tires spin much much faster than the ones on the ground (no friction) because of open diffs, so they act like gyros and stabilize the car

That Losi is a pearler of a car. I get more impressed every time you drive it. Those cartwheel crashes the trucks are doing, I reckon they could be a best case scenario physics wise. A comparatively gentle and less damaging roll that slowly dissipates energy/speed. Done it many times with my Xmaxx.

I’ve owned 1/16 erevo and it constantly had issues as did my friends slash I currently own a granite blx and vendetta and I’ve never had a breakage that wasn’t reasonable or my fault

It looks fun....hell it probably IS fun...but I could never bring myself to beat the crap out of an $800 RC vehicle. Then again, I’m the same way with our current full sized Jeep JK Wrangler, as well as the previous 3 Jeeps and 7 or 8 ATVs I’ve owned along the way. Don’t get me wrong, I like trails and hills and off roading, with both my heavily modified Axial SCX10 CRC Wrangler and full sized rigs. I’m just very careful to avoid scrapes, dents, dings and broken atuff.... Please keep doing what you are doing, though, so guys like me can live vicariously thru your antics 😎👍

the rear shocks probably low on oil. or just need some higher weight fluid.. if will keep the truck level with the ground on jumps. Yours seems to flip fowards on jumps

I would like to see you take apart a car or buggy and make one pile the stock parts that still remain and all the upgrades you are forced to do. Betting there is not a lot of original parts and I often wonder if it would be better just to buy a good chassis and work out from that everything PROVEN to be far stronger than what could be bought in a RTR car.

It could do with slightly larger tires maybe? Somehow it's does not seem to grip all that well, and the increased inertia will help you level it in mid air!?

Hey Kev, we think your channel is great! We would like to recommend the Traxxas Stampede for one of your upcoming vids. We have one but it doesn't have all of the new features that they have added to the truck. If you get it, one suggestion is to lower the body mounts so the shell sits lower. It makes it look super sick!

Kevin, what power washer were you using? My SBR 2.0 can only take so much hose before it needs a power wash, but the pressure washers we have would be way too powerful.

It occurs to me that there is a remarkable lack of creativity in the design of RC vehicles. Why do they attempt to emulate conventional full-size vehicle suspensions?! What's with all the delicate parts and weight savings? Seems a bit silly.

I bought one of these cars b4 it was the grey version and it was off of a site that sold losi products had realy good reviews they sent me a car that looked similar to the real car I bought the 1/8th scale car and they sent me a Walmart car wasn't a losi car at all I paid 450 for a 25 dollar car so I ended up throwing it away and not buying another one.
