What seasoning did he sprinkle on the bread when he was folding it up on the table? Cumin? Looks like sesame seeds and salt when he was frying/steaming it.

Its because in front of camera.. My frenz.. But the reality its not like what you see.. Mostly the food factory was very very dirty.. not hygenic at all. ...and u cant even imagine .....if you see ..the container they r using all new.??????? . not wearing mask and glove.. ..still not hygenic... Is the hand really clean?? ..can't imagine if the helper got disease... Hahaha

These look very good, i'd eat them & do because we make them( not that big, lol) but we use a potato batter here in Kentucky. We grow scallions, also called green onions here, but we also have wild ones that grow randomly in grassy areas, not as big, but it's free food. We also have what is called polk greens that grow around fence posts, use them in salads, along with dandelion greens that we eat & & all grow wild so free food again, nice work chef.
