There weren't that many there. It was a Friday in June 2020 during a partial lockdown, so a lot of people were#t working anyway.

ALL road vehicles drive on the left in the UK it has been the custom for about 2,000 years and law since the motor vehicles arrived. Much of what was the British Empire also drive on the left. (It's only foreigners that drive on the right :-) ) The Trick in this case is left-hand drive (unlike most UK vehicles) because it only goes on roads that have been closed off IT was in the middle of the road most of the time.

There were people on the path, the traffic islands in the middle of the road and the Roundabout!! Including people with small children on the central island. The the two photographers and myself (video) on the island liaised with both the Police and Collett's before the truck got there. We were all in high-vis and carry professional insurance for being there. However we were surprised at the number of people wandering around on the road.

Fortunately I was over 2 meters from people 99% of the time I also had gloves and mask. However you do have a point. One person turned up with his son and said everyone else had to move because is son had cystic fibrosis! (neither of them were masked of gloved)!! No one moved but then neither did they.

Thsi would mean that RHD tractors would be very much more expensive to buy. In any case they are only ever used with a police escort on closed roads so it doesn't matter anyway,

We were supposed to be. There were a couple of us (socially distanced and well away from anyone else. ) on the roundabout doing video and photo the rest were stood in groups as you can see. I think they thought as it was cold and there was some breeze it was fairly safe. Though at that point they were starting to relax the restrictions.

Good Question... at the time June 2020 most of those people thought Covid was "all over" and it was "safe out side". The photographer and me were 2 m apart on the raised central island Well away from everyone else.

@@JAmediaUK Nice explanation of how they work and what they do, the video I put up was for the Air Liquid Team, as they had had an up grade with new plant on site at Coleshill.

@@tonybryan2041 We did try to talk to Air Liquid at the time but got nowhere. Collett's Heavy Transport, on the other hand, sent someone down to do the on-camera interview to explain "everything" other than the cost of the transport, which must have been enormous. Due to the drone we have and the UK Drone laws at the time, we could not over fly the site nor of course get anywhere near the railway. Ground based video, before security arrived, was the best we could do.

All welds have to be inspected usually with the aid of x-rays and the whole unit has to be pressure tested, I imagine it could be done on site but the costs would be through the roof. Cheaper to build in factories already set up and ship to site 👍🏼

There are LOTS of places that store oxygen like that. Often in more than one tank which is why the facility will have four of them. IF you look on the Air Liquide web site you will see they usually install tanks like this in major hospitals.

If you mean "Buy diesel cars not electric they are crap" I would have to say you are not correct. There are many reasons for replacing diesel cars with electric and indeed many black cabs are now electric. However there are still problems with the infrastructure for electric cars for long distance use. Though for trains of course they are replacing diesel with electric as much as possible and especially for long distance travel which should replace most HGV's. Diesel truck will only be needed for specialist transport in the future. This is why all maionstream automotive companies stopped development of internal combustion engines a few years ago.

What a surprise :-) The Camera Team were socially distanced on the Traffic island and well away from everyone else. and the drone pilot was 100m from any one else.

@@STALK3R001 You are quite correct though this particular tank was desensitised to have Nitrogen in it. there were 4 tanks, three nitrogen and one Oxygen. (the oxygen was a bit smaller and moved last.) These tanks needed to be installed and integrated into the system on site. They are not stand-alone tanks.

yes it was recorded and uploaded at 1080p 50fps you should be able to get that if YT thinks your boardband can support it.(otherwise you have to manually select it)

The load is 6.5m high, that’s 21ft 3.9 inches. Bridges don’t require height markings over 16ft 6inch in the uk.
