Giants in the Trees perform "Sasquatch". (Including images from the new film "The Dark Divide")

After many months of lockdown / separation, Giants in the Trees played together once again. Ascertaining where individuals moved about -or didn't- in the preceding weeks, we felt a convergence was safe. In this video, which is promoting the new film "The Dark Divide", we collaborate with Dr. Robert Michael Pyle, as part of a virtual panel presentation regarding the Gifford Pinchot National Forrest. We perform our song "Sasquatch".
"The Dark Divide" stars David Cross and Debra Messing-coming November 10.

@@iriamagalhaes1606 i know what youre talking about and i find it sad that Krist was attacked due to his beliefs. I dont agree with all he says but 100% stand behind his rights to say them. Hopefully soon GIT will release more material. I love their hippyish vibe that their music throws to us. Its peaceful to listen to in tough times. Stay safe and i love you friend.

Just finished watching DARK DIVIDE. It just about WHOOOOOP!wrecked me. The Bigfoot movie I was expecting gave me that and so much more. The themes of loss and WHOOOOOP!! survival, hitting close to my own personal journey these last two years, brought tears to eyes a few times. I sat frozen til the very end, letting my heartbeat slow down, and that allowed me to catch the song credits. I love WHOOOOOP!!! Sasquatch music and this is one of the lovelier examples. I’m now gonna search the utoob for other Bigfoot songs...”hey Travis Crabtree “ here I come. WHOOOOOP!!!!

Outstanding! Cannot wait to see The Dark Divide....I was in the Gifford Pinchot today, hiking along Skate Creek! I saw Bob at the Wa.State History Museum in Tacoma where he graciously signed my copy of his superb 'Where Bigfoot Walks' book for me, took time to chat and then performed with band. What a great evening! Krist, your partnering with Bob is brilliant! Jillian and Jenn sound like angels! Goddesses even! Thank you Ray for the tasty slide and harp work. Eric...your just ok. KIDDING! Love you all! Hope to see The Giants soon!

Every time I listen to this song, I feel something special. There is magic in it. Even better with this video, this is really well-done. It's awesome how the same song presented in different contexts (audio only, official video clip, alternate video clip like this one, live performance, acoustic version, remix, ...) can make us appreciate it from a different angle, brining a different listening / watching experience and making us feel various emotions at different levels.
