beautiful! I just got the Epiphone inspired by Gibson, and I don't think it's too far off from this, now this is better no doubt , but not that much better when you consider the price.

@@alexdenton6586 true. But I’m sure the character of the pickups and the build quality of the instrument has a lot do with the quality of the sound. Otherwise you could play a 100 dollar squier into the amp sounding exactly the same if it was just the amp.

@@peesmithy It should be verified, but I think that if both cases have humbucker pickups, the sounds should be fairly similar. The only times I really hear a difference is with extremely expensive non-original pickups like Kinman, for example. If we don't use visual indicators to guide us, I've noticed that in general we don't really hear a difference if it's the same amp with the same settings and the same speaker.

I just bought the new Epiphone version of this guitar. Phenomenal guitar for the money. ( I couldn’t justify 10k for the Gibson version)

I have 2 USA Gibson V’s. Both came with humbuckers. I changed out the pick guards, pots and electrics and put in Lollar p90’s and slapped Bigsby B5’s on ‘em. They sound like strats only with bigger balls of tone. Too bad Gibson didn’t do V’s with p90’s. Best strat fender never made.

Jen just go to any outdoors shops n get those cheap styrofoam ear plugs , pharmacies have them. Bring them to concerts they can preserve your hearing wish I knew this when I was younger I have hearing aids now!! 🎸🎸🎸

My Duesenberg Lap Steel is made from Korina wood. It comes from Africa and Central America. It is a very hard wood to work with and very hard to get a piece that can work to build a guitar. Great tone wood as Duesenberg shows it with their superior craftsmanship much better quality control than Fender, or Gibson.

How many strings are pushing down the bridge. Gibson still doesn`t get the neck angle right. On so many guitars the angle is too strong.And that`s not good for the sound. No matter how expensive . I bought a V for 10 K , gave it back and bought a V from a private builder for the half, but with a rio board, and a perfect built guitar. I have 11 Gibsons and only one was without issues.

@@canadasstepdad8734 Blah, blah, blah lawyer boy. Who's ears are ringing?? The noise level in that shop isn't bothering anyone else besides Jen. Go look up OSHA noise requirements once. There's a time/noise exposure scale and it allows for quite a bit of volume. Far, far more than a layman would otherwise expect. The odds of a guitar store exceeding that time/volume level is slim to none. The concept here is one of personal responsibility. The rest of the world is simply not responsible for you, you are. I love Jen too, but she's a big girl and can easily handle her own affairs, should she choose to do so.
