Great review!! I have a new G2, they are outstanding and far superior to my 93' TBird for sure! The set neck greatly lessens neck dive, and the bass has more sustain due to Hipshot bridge!! 🤟😎 Buy It people!!
Looks sharp...I ASSUME it's a bit heavy and has the typical nose dive attribute. I like it though however when I go see the price I'm sure I'll be less impressed.
Like the man said, it IS a Gibson afterall. I got a good laugh when he said it. That being said, Simmons is always heard in Kiss songs AND onstage. Clearly, I think this bass is designed for playing with a pick. Perhaps with a bit of OD it might sound a bit better fingerstyle; although, articulation may suffer. I still want one though...
