Honestly, Toren, your manners are so, so good! You addressed the sender(s), showed/described the item, and expressed sincere appreciation for the item along with a desire to interact with the item. Well done!
Barefoot shoes are probably one of my most useful, enjoyable, and beneficial purchases I’ve ever made. I have the Xero shoes (don’t know the shoe name itself) and wow! They’re great. All of these gifts are so generous :))
The acrylic (i believe) monolith with two wolves in it is made with lasers! I believe that they intersect at the places where they want the dots to be and the material gets damaged in those spots, which makes the dot. And many dots make a 3d image. Kind of like an ancestor to 3d printing. Iirc, they were pretty popular in the 90's. Its good to see one again, they're cool. ❤
I'm so enjoying listening to your videos. Your voice is so soothing. I'm a 71 year old grandmother of 7 wonderful grandchildren. We have a few... neurodivergent aspects for many of us. I'm learning so much from your videos. I agree with many, you would be a fantastic reader for audio books!
The Loops are great! I got a pair myself, and I attached mine to earrings to help me not lose them. They have been wonderful when I have to ride in cars, especially on highways, or if I have to go to crowded, noisy places. ❤
Wow youre so elegant Toren! You remind me of my husband. Your speech is thoughtful and deliberate. You give off the air of a true gentleman. You’ll go far!
Very ekegant thank yous & for making a video & not rushing, & being careful with names .. & loved your squiggly chair wriggling to get off screen at the end which didnt work & you handled that so well! I think you are very good at receiving stuff, showing your discomfort & genuine appreciation, thank you so much for being so 'real' as the bracelet said - haha my phone did a typo and called it a bravelet! Love to you & your Mum & all the plants, & i really like your wonderful vintage outfits. Wishing you endless happy creative times & fun with the model library project 🎉❤❤
Fabulous, Toren! Well done…for all of your video. I especially liked the exit..& how you so thoughtfully gave possible alternative ways to say people’s names. Very diligent & considerate of you. The wolf display is a hologram etching. I think they’re done by laser/similar. Very cool
You said all the right things, well done. 😊 (I'm often accidentally rude with gifts) I haven't tried the Loop ear plugs but Flare Audio makes some called "Calmer" that are fascinating and work wonderfully. They make them with and without volume altering features. They're shaped like short tubes, strangely. The shape of them on the inside guides sound waves directly instead of bouncing around the ear canal which amplifies sounds. I didn't know that normal sounds aren't supposed to hurt until I was gifted a pair. They don't amplify your own voice, breathing and chewing noises like regular ear plugs. Take care, Wolfs!
That’s so sweet of all of them to send you gifts 🤍 and I love how you thought about the bracelet - calling it a motto attached to your body sounds so meaningful and an amazing way to think about bracelets.
I really think you are cool Toren. I will never know for sure if I have autism but when I watch these videos sometimes it is like looking at some sort of reflection. I admire how you are yourself. I want to be more like you that way.
Watership Down is my favorite Fandom. It's not a "children's book". Never was meant to be. Just because they made an animated movie about it doesn't make it kid friendly. It's a YA and up read. Would love to see a review of the book and then the movie! Hope you enjoy the book and the journey and lessons within!
Wow, Watership Down being someones favourite book. When i was a child the tv adaptation was on every easter and frankly it game me knightmares. Dying rabbits and a death bunny that claims their dead souls...so not cool. Shockingly chilling😱🥶
@@spinogreen0iq I dont know about the book- but if you like being traumatized as a kid or adult...I recommend the tv adaptation. Its literal carnage and bunnies dying. Graphic- that's one word for it. Iv seen horror movies less shocking😱
My cousin's name is Stephen... we've always pronounced it (and he prefers it that way) as Steven. Though I'll be honest, just writing his name as Steven feels wrong, lol Barefoot shoes? Are they like...oh crap, I forget what they are. Welp, there went that train of thought, it's gone.. That bracelet...I like it :) Mini sets aren't my cup of tea...reminds me of trying to put together those infernal car modelling sets. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles though. Everyone I know goes for making the border first. I start with a corner and work my way outward from there....guess I know what I'll be doing the next week or so now. I have that! Err, the glass monolith thingy. Mines of ducks, though. Can either plug it in or put two double A batteries in and push the switch. Can alternate between green or orange lights. Not too fond of orange, so a gentle green is what I keep it switched to. Basically this shade of 💚 green. Just a lil bit darker (not olive), but vibrant. The way I figure it, once the green bulb dies off, that'll be when I will get two different colors. Dark blue and a dark red. Though I have to wonder - it's been 8 years, how much longer is that green bulb going to last? I keep that thing in the bathroom. The soft light from it is a comfort with my migraines. Sitting in the darkness with cold towels on the back of my neck and forehead...and that thing just helps me to focus on something other than the pain I'm in. Of course I have some music playing as well. Silence baaaad. If you don't have tinnitus, be glad. I've had it for 32 years. Mine is bilateral...unending high pitched ringing. Welp, got the puzzle on my mind. Now to figure out which one I'll be working on.
You are very kind in those videos😊 But (yes a but): if You feel uncomfortable doing this (I am not sure if?) then please just don't do. If I would send You something (OMG I ❤❤❤ miniatures, I am crazy about them, I ...yes, special interest since ever!) I wouldn't expect You to thank me as I assume it is already a lot to answer comments (how are You able to do this? I just couldn't.)
Score! You are loved SO much. ♥️ Question: How many languages can you say thank you in? Teaching school my classes always said thank you to the cafeteria workers (in any language they want). Even kindergarteners loved saying thank you in different languages. You're going to be getting so many gifts I thought I would help you so saying "thank you" a billion times won't be so boring or redundant. Here are a few from my memory (must say with accents for humor): Mahalo, Hawaiian Gracias, Spanish Merci, French Danke Shun, German Arigato, Japanese
Toren - Can you make a video regarding what childhood was like for you? I have a three year old autistic son and have a hard time understanding how he is experiencing life and want to better support him ❤
How on earth did Zeppy know what size shoe you wear? I'm glad you have enjoyed all of your gifts - shows what a delightful impact you are having on people
