I think they should bring vilemaw to the rift and give a 50/50 chance for either monster, I don't remember what vilemaw buff did, but they should both do different things, similar to dragon souls

I miss Vilemaw! The buff was everyone gets ghost essentially and the minions would go insane. They would fear the other minions and take towers down like crazy.

They should give baron/dragon more damage and add mechanics to them like bosses in mmos, for example maybe a roar from baron at 50% hp that fears everybody in an area just to make it more fun and engaging

baron right now is a vayne/twitch pinata XD they would need to give em like an ability to spawn in support creatures. like give baron 4-6 supportive tentacle's who buff/heal him and let dragon lay some egg's which will hatch if left alone for too lonk and then swarm champions while dealing hugew dmg.

So real talk...champs are going back to fitting their roles but the stuff that will be more broken will be the % max hp damage, champs that scale off of defensive stats, skirmishing/diving champs that want extended fights and cant commit to too many defensive items, and the pen/shred/cdr items. Assassins and burst mages take the biggest hit but at least you arent getting 100-0 by full tank Zac as easily as Veigar. Watch yourselves for a lot of Kog, Malphite/Rammus, and Fiora.

They're bringing back tank meta. This is amazing for me because the last time I enjoyed League was S7 and quit on S10 because of too much damage in the game.

the famous Zed vs Zed faker kill is two zeds fighting for nearly 7 seconds. Now when someone bursts it's less than 0.01. That I think they should so is nerf dmg of every tanky character, and make assassins more skill based, it would require you to land all your skills and make calculations to get best of assassin, like shaco's backstab, make the angle so important that a skilled shaco will always have to position behind.

Not really, assassins will just use more armor pen percentage than just flat armor pen.

How the fk are assasins even the issue when Veigar can one tap you with any if his abilities at 20 minutes with 3s cooldown, or Zoe one tapping you from 2 screens away also with no counterplay. Don't even get started on bruisers or full tank champions that for some reason can oneshot you better then assassins. I mean yes there are no skill dog champs like Talon or Rengar that are dumb and one shot, but saying that assassins are the problem is far from true. Especially when Mages have a lot more defensive options

Tank meta is alright but it’s it’s also dumb. They need to take away damage when you buy a tank item. Being 15/0 but getting one shot but a 0/9 Voli doesn’t seem right to me or even on ornn.

Yesterday playing Caitlin I was one shoot by Ezreal with full mana tank build, I could do 0 dmg to him and he had sunderer and frozen heart with muramana. Marked me with q detonated it, over.

lethality is hard countered by armour, armour is getting a buff and so is hp with max hp dmg being nerfed aswell as armour pen the only other option for assassins to break their targets armour is black cleaver which is hard to use for a lot of them.

Shieldbow is barely getting a nerf wtf, that shield is already a cockblock by itself and it isn't getting touched while every other sustain item is getting tone down.

The idea is to increase the length of the games. It's probably been said over and over, but the main goal of this patch is to make the game last longer. Giving the game length will allow the losing team a chance for comebacks.

Like you said last time, this change is good because it may make the core game better, but the main deterrent for a lot of people is that inting game (intentionally not ironically) is not punishable. It's the same concept as a cheater epidemic: Doesn't matter how good your game is if you can't play it.

Ganking in the past was much more better. I gank somewhere, the enemy is good and strong so I decide to back away. Nowadays, I gank, the enemy is good and strong I get killed in 2 seconds, they get stronger and the game is over

They're don't. Turrets do % of minion's max hp per shot. Percent is different for casters and melees.

I dont know if anyone agrees but I think high damage is fine, the best solution would be to make tanks considerably more tankier, then it would incentivise people to play tanks to soak up damage, even if it means nerfing their late game damage output.

i like a durability update, but they also have to lower lifesteal in the same patch or it will be a shitshow, also lowering dmg would be better then giving more defensiv stats because it lowers tank item values in my opinion

Actually, mages should've had health percentage damage based on enemy's current health passively. And tanks damage should have been based on defensive stats like zac's .

Per level... so adcs and supports benefit from this the least in comparison. Even though they need it the most imo. Or adcs do at least. Hopefully this pulls through a tank meta, at least adcs have a job then. But unless hp % damage on bruiser items get touched (here's looking at you Divine Sunderer) I'm not holding my breath

@@khyro4048 Oh sorry, I more ment the hp% damage not the healing. The heal nerf will forsure help tanks come back in theory but at the same time watching someone like Viego do 1.2k damage with one auto attack and all his hp% damage, plus Divine Sunderer, to a tank is depression.

True damage is a huge problem, and they keep adding mor and more champions that have some form of true damage. This sounds like they are going back to the tank meta of many leagues ago. Rip assassins, hello tanks and ADCs. Boring.

Not really rip assassins, more like rip adc's. A skilled assassin player will just take this as another advantage: that unused item will be used now atleast.

This update will put adc role in an even worse state. They get 1 shotted regardless of durability, now with this update it'll make it even harder for adc to do anything to other champs who are now more durable.

@@curtisedwards9573 This just means, marksman never were meant to survive if the player is not even good enough to dodge the attacks, most of marksman players let their champions vulnerable by staying in one freaking place. If you cannot kite and dodge, and still try to freaking melee range an enemy as a marksman, just play other roles.

It leave more room for type laners like me. That main tanks to peel for them. More skill expression moments for everyone. One shots are not impressive.

@@curtisedwards9573 No, if you get hooked or grabbed, that's your problem for not warding the bush. If you are a marksman, ofcourse you'll be their target, I'd wish the marksman had given more movement abilities to make the skilled players dodge enemy abilities at the right moment. If you want to survive as a squishy, you shouldn't be aimlessly walking near a bush. How about try being patient and wait for your support? Never engage alone, because your enemy will always have a backup near them. I know, I was like you back then, very unfocused.

What are you talking about??? Damage is way to high, its been increasing every year since season 3. Why do you think this change was warranted in the first place? This is a good change but its not enough. Damage should be lowered too, especially %HP scaling damage. Zac and other tanks should not oneshot you and im saying this as a tank main.

The league community will always complain about changes because some parts of the community will be asking for completely opposite things. Different roles/champs will be asking for opposite things. Different ranks will be asking for opposite things.

It's embarrassing how now they realize that there's too much damage and how 1-shot meta been there for years now. It would be even more embarrassing if they're not careful and revive the tank meta. Before they even do anything and progress, they need to fire some members if not the entire balance team and hire those who can actually think.

@@ayuubabukar6388 The problem here is not what is meta or not. The problem here is if that meta has more unhealthy than healthy. I remember when tank meta was the huge thing back in 2016 or 2017. I remember it so vividly because of how infuriating it was. I will never forget how the enemy Maokai 1v5-ed my entire team, with all tank build, not even 1 ap item, and we even built anti-tank and had true damage. He wasn't even fed nor did he even have back up from his team.

This is the worst thing they could possibly do .. the game will shift further away from solo carrying to being a team game .. they are killing it slowly .. the game was fun in season 3 and other earlier seasons because you could solo carry now it wont even exist

What are you talking about. The one shot meta is ridiculous in this season. This right here is the BEST change for solo carrying. Making it where you are able to actually survive and live in a fight that doesn't last 2 seconds. I played a game where I was super ahead as an ADC. The 0/3 Jungler who only farmed and never secured any objectives one shot me through shieldbow, Ivern shield, and Lulu shield. Shit was wacked.

lol Less dmg output or for that matter, higher durability simply means u have more outplay potential, bcoz u will not be oneshot by 2 completly random spells that were not even aimed at u.

You're not supposed to survive if you receive a combo, that's what a damage dealer class is, haven't you played mmorpgs before?
