It worked for me with this solution: press the reset button at the same time with the power button for 25 seconds 😅 (PC off, but power supply on). , and finally I was able to boot to BIOS backup restore mode. Before I had the intermittent bootloop problem and BIOS backup did not appear , it did not work. Motherboard Gigabyte Z77 D3H For people who have bad reset or power button your solution should work. Friend, I took a GA-970A-D3P from my brother-in-law to repair and it has 2 bios. After buying a new SSD and reinstalling Win10, I noticed a strange anomaly! When I'm on Win10 and press reset, the machine boots for a moment and the main Bios screen appears and immediately the machine resets itself and is left with no video and no system! It only comes back if I turn it off and on again! Is there a possibility that the bios have different versions to generate this conflict?

Hiya, I got it to boot properly again just as you demonstrated, thanx. ~ Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2 (Nobilis OEM) & PS2 connected keyboard ~ Held the tweezers down for a long time then finally just let go. System then rebooted and indicated corrupted bios. Pressed Enter and recovered OEM bios. ~ Boot cycle problem caused by trying to install PCIe nvme adapter.

hi, i have same problem. I sorted pins 1 & 6 and it went to recovery and to 100% . when pc reboot i get same screen ''bios has been reset - please decide how to continue'' but i can't do as my keyboard and mouse don't want to work but it works on other pc. Tried ps/2 keyboard but still not working. Any ideas on how to fix this and make mouse and kboard work? your help will be much appropriated

I hope this actions was made after extracting RTC battery and shorten contacts of it? Very strange, Dual BIOS made to do this procedure automatically. May be it is a EC firmware problem? Or current BIOS firmware version problem?

Hi I too have a gigabyte motherboard H97-D3H. I was running a usb based bootloader and yesterday I inserted another bootable USB to repair windows. What happened next is the system powered off and it is not powering on, tried clearing CMOS by removing the battery, shorting the battery's + and -, shorting the jumper pins. Tried cleaning the ram and inserting in other slots, tried new psu, Still no luck. The motherboard speaker is making a clicking sound continuously at a 3 second interval. And the display is not powering on as well. What could have gone wrong? Please help. 🙏
