Love the view, I was in PR from March 14 to the 21st I wanted to go to San Sebastián because I was born there but I haven’t be there since I was 10 years old, my family is from barrio calabazas, but unfortunately two days after I got to PR the governor made a shut down because of the virus and we were at LasPiedras at that time so we couldn’t go anywhere else because of that, but after all of this is over I want to go back, when I watch your videos I tell my husband is like I’m there visiting with you, so thank you very much for taking me to the isla.
I was in barrio Calabazas during my last trip. My cousin has a pizza truck there too by the baseball park. It's called Yoshi's Pizza. Very nice area, I lived there too for about a year as a kid. Hope you can make it back there soon.

We live in Palmas Del Mar and are going to Patillas very often to eat near the ocean. We never been deep into the mountains from this side. Looks very nice!
Ovi the Fideicomiso de Conservacion de Puerto Rico, a puertorican private foundation, has a program called "Arboles Campeones de PR", and they protect and preserve centennial trees like the one you show us. May be is already protected should have a metal plaque, if not, we could let them know, to be included in the inventory of protected trees.

we had a Travelers' Palm in our yard in La Muda. The tree framed the view we had of the coastal plain on the right (when Rio Piedras and San Juan actually had some separation in population density, 1964). On the other side of the panorama stood a papaya tree. Between the two trees was a covered patio, which, whenever it rained, the noise of the rain on the roof was deafening.
@@oviduran what I also loved was listening to the rain diminish, and then the noise diminish, while the chorus of coquis could be better heard until the shower was over, and the chorus overwhelming.
Awesome video Ovi. The drone footage was amazing and the view with the lake and ocean in background was incredible. What a beautiful place. The Ceiba tree was equally incredible. Thank you for this great video.

Wow Ovi beautiful when I was living in pr Puerto Rico I didn't know the name of the trees but now I remember my father used to say that's a Ceiba tree and a lot more I see a lot of plants and tree that reminds me of where I used to live we had everything in the farm that I hardly see it anymore that was in San Sebastian Finca Gustavo Aviles and Echandia I think was the other one very big farm there was only 2 houses
