Draymond has been hurting the Warriors since their last championship. If you think I’m wrong watch the finals again. When Dray in the game the other team locks up on offense because Dray is not threat, and he’s not the defensive anchor he use to be. As soon as he sits the warriors go on a run. The last two games he was barely in the game down the stretch

@user-lt1fx2he5s in all fairness, they have a favorable matchup against all but maybe 2 teams in the West. Most teams are either too inexperienced, can't stay healthy, or can't matchup with them in a 7 game series. The exceptions are Denver and maybe Phoenix

Golden State had a top five starting lineup last year when it came to net rating. The bench was the worst in the league. Theoretically they felt if they got Chris Paul it would improve the non Steph minutes which happened. Golden State didn’t anticipate Looney being out of shape and unplayable, Klay Thompson aging before our eyes and Wiggins being terrible. Kerr waited too long relying on Klay and Wiggs to snap out of their slump that it cost Golden State games they should have won if he used their young guys.

Hard to call a team riddled with injuries like the lakers disappointing. Thats like saying the bulls are having a disappointing season (missing key pieces like Lavine & Lonzo) Similar situation to the lakers. Woods, Vando, Reddish, (Vincent especially) all injured. I’d go with the Pelicans. They got enough talent to make the conference finals if they play their cards right in the playoffs

The problem with Warriors is that they never Built the team around their Big 3 throughout the years. The Spurs are a clear example of building around your Franchise Player. Through the years of Tim Duncan’s career the Spurs Organization built a team around Tim Duncan.

The Warriors problem was early on and it was mostly due to Kerr and Draymond...Kerr was trying to appease veteran egos rather than giving their young, hungry players time...Draymond missed too much time due to suspensions...Without all of the distractions and poor coaching, the Warriors should be 5th or 6rh in the west...still not a championship team.

Warriors knew Klay was questionable when he didn’t show up last year. That’s why they didn’t want to pay him. Draymond shouldn’t be Center! He is power forward. Looney was the reason they won last ring with all the offensive rebounds & he been on the bench the last 2 seasons. He barely plays 4 minutes.
