Tim Duncan made a request and Doc Clowned him for the request for his family to fly there. For the Spurs fan he's arguably the best PF to ever do it you roll out the red carpet and court him at that time and showed promise in his ability. At one point in time he was looking at leaving SA whether it was a bluff or not I've never seen any videos on that. But as a One time Magic fan do absolutely everything to get TD!

Those guys keep the teams consistent w the talent they have, for the most part anyway. Doc has had consistently good to great teams and has underperformed as a coach after 2010 CP3 Blake Griffin Andre Jordan JJ Klaw Embiid Simmons Good magic team too into the 2000s

How long will it take teams to realize that Doc isn't a great coach? With the exception of the 08' celtics, hes had plenty of championship rosters and has come up short every time. If you're a fringe play-in/playoff caliber team, then he might be worth a hire. No pressure to win. I feel like he's better in those type of situations. But if you feel like your a "coach" away from winning the chip, stay as far from Doc Rivers as possible lol.
