the 1980-81 snl cast, as well as jean d. were in the worst possible position.. Joe and Eddie were the only from that group who managed to survive that year.. love that cast though.. would like to see re-runs of that season

They both did the celebrity wife swap show. Gilly with Alan Thicke and Joey with Greg Brady. Two funny guys who made it and still got it!

Eddie Murphy and Joe Piscopo were quite the comedy team back in the '80s. I think Piscopo and Gottfried would have been a better team. RIP Gilly.
