We spent time on all 3 of the Gili Islands and had we done our research properly, would have realised Gili Meno is the quietest. There really isn't a lot to do on the island but we made the most of our 2 days snorkelling (of course we had to visit the famous nest, underwater statues).
Island life was pretty chill, the water was turquoise, the people very friendly and the food very cheap (if you know where to look).
