Gillette AtraPlus Review Shave 

Over here in the UK where I am from, the Gillette atra plus is called Gillette Contour Plus. I always buy these here and I have over 100 blades in my cupboard, I use the replica chrome handle that taconic company made for the atra/Contour blades heads and in fact I use this razor everyday, it's is the only razor that doesn't make my skin mark with razor burns etc but my secret is I shave in freezy cold water 🌊. The cost of the UK version is £9 only for 10 and I see others cartridges going for £30 for just four blades over here in the UK

I have just looked on my British Gillette Contour Plus razor package and it says on mine "copyright" 2010.

Memory farts happen, I get them all the time ... lol You could squash the remainder of the Arko stick into bowl and load the brush from the bowl instead. My memory of Atra razor results was not good, but I did not have good shaving routine nor technique back in those days, would be interesting to see how I go now. I did try one cart recently, 1st time in 2 years and wasn't surprised that the results were much better than I remembered.

i like the most: Gillette Trac II and Gillette Sensor 3. the sensor excel is not bad but feel little rough and aggressive especially against the grain shave. i dont like the modern sensor excel made they feel less sharp than the 90s made), I find Atra feels rough on the skin and also aggressive which I did not like.

I agree 💯 that retro carts give a much better shave than modern carts. Gillette should have stopped with sensor Excel. More blades = more irritation. Anymore than 2 blades on a razor is just gimmick marketing.
