The beauty of television is these people will be forever young in the eyes of an audience that still watches these reruns and they will go on to live forever in our hearts
@@eloiseockert9233 Dawn Wells did pass away. About 2 years ago. Tina Louise (Ginger) is the ONLY person from this show that is still alive. May the rest RIP.
How funny as a child I always thought how is it that they can make a radio out of coconuts but can't built a boat to take them of the island. What a great show and kept my youth excited to see the next episode even though it was well before my time as a teen.
Best show ever. My brother and I and friends, played pretend of Gillian's Island 🏝 as kids. I love the whole cast and crew. I was born 1972. There the best of the best. ❤
Jim Backus aka Mr.Magoo was a brilliant actor. Funny, yet always professional. All of the members of the ensemble were extremely talented and amazing people. This show was one of the best memories I have growing up. That and the Bugs Bunny/Road-Runner Show on Saturday mornings. So many memories of those iconic shows and how they had such an impact on our lives. RIP to all that have passed on. Thank you for allowing us to laugh with you, and enjoy your work. God Bless you all.
Imagine if they all had been black a slaver ship would have stopped on the island and gave them a free ride back to America and 150yr later their family would get a check 😂
What's there to say? I grew up watching it from the time I was 6 to 9 years old. '64 >'67, during my wonder years,. The show, and the music that was playing in the background of the time defined the era. ✌☺
Watched this off tha chain show every single day after school back in the sixties and early seventies! I loved it so much it was so funny💯 May all who've passed RIP and many 🙏🏼 for Tina Louise who is 80 i think i heard, bless her heart ❤️
@1:32 The picture on the right is of Alan Hale Sr. who was also an accomplished actor during Hollywood's golden years. He is the father of Alan Hale Jr.
Tina Louse is stll alive according to every website I have found please dont say the entire cast has died shame on you and tragically do you even know what a tragic death is im so tired of the infatuation of people who have died and to say entire cast died i wont subscribe im quite annoyed so long
Good piece. But when someone dies, it's always sad so saying they sadly died after is a but awkward. Don't know I have ever heard someone who died as being a happy occurrence. Just saying....
It's sad to think only ginger is the last surviving member of the original family of Gilligan's Island may they all rest in peace forever more ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
I wish you did just a bit more work on this video. Some wrong photos, some wrong wording, not all actors from this show have died (and certainly not suddenly). Also the thumbnail photo and title are total click-bait.
Why do you say the cast died "tragically"? Also, at 1:44, that actor on the right is not Alan Hale, Jr. That is his father, Alan Hale, Sr. Also, some of the video clips of the show end with a character in mid-sentence.
John Denver was on Andy Griffith a few times the same time Gillian’s island was being filmed he played the role of the guy that married the darlin daughter.
we all die! where will you go after you die? R U good enuff 4 heaven? ever lied? stolen? lusted? cursed? hated? We have broken God's laws but Jesus has paid our fine!
Lawyers are now going to heaven. The reason is, Hell is far beyond it's capacity and filled with democrats! Heaven is the only place with plenty of vacancies.
One of my favorite shows as a kid. I also watched it on syndication in the 70s. Its sad to know they have all passed except Ginger and Co- Producer Lloyd Schwarz is still alive. Otherwise all have gone.
I cannot believe that he passed away. I don't know if I should say this on social media but back when Gilligan's Island used to be televised you know with the children's touch I was living in Hawaii when my brother and sister were growing up and I won a hula hoop contest I cannot believe he passed away he was so totally cool
But don't forget--90 in Hollywood is different than anywhere else. In HER case, it really WAS suddenly because she was active enough to actually do a horror movie the year she died.
My favorite was Gilligan and the Skipper... and the Howes. But Ginger was my least favorite. I did love Mary Ann and the professor . I miss them. I'm 62. I'm still watching them every year. Or more
Best TV series? Don't know about that, but as a kid, I had a great time with the show. It was so funny. I love the car they made. It was hilarious. The nutty things the professor would make. 60s is what this show was about. A kid and this show. What a riot. So much fun.
You should get your facts straight, Don rickles didn't die in 2017 in fact fairly recently, you got the wrong picture of Allen Hale, its his dad, thumbs down dude!
It wasn't the best show, I enjoyed it but you can't ever say best there's just to many good shows and dying at 85 isn't tragic at all 68 ain't a bad for skipper
JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT THE WORLD IS 1 BIG HOSPICE OF FRESH AIR IN THE END WE ALL GOTTA MEET THE REAPER REGARDLESS OF UR POSITION IN LIFE NOONE GETS OUT ALIVE!!!! NOT EVEN UR FAVORITE CELEBRITIES YALL PUT ON PEDESTALS
Isn't there a place you can go on the internet where you don't have to hear foreigners talking about American things as if they knew everything about it been watching this show since the '60s this guy doesn't know snit
