Labor of love! Several hours spent cleaning these cues. EQing, Etc.
Sadly the original masters are presumed to be lost.

THESE are AMAZING!!!! You did a Fantastic job of cleaning all these. They sound WONDERFUL! Where did you get them with out voiced mixed in. Can you give us a little history? Thanks so much for Posting!!!

Hey~ I've been haunted by Gilligan music all my life. Gerald Fried I suppose. STAR TREK. I obsessively combed Gilligan episodes put expensive mics on my studio monitors, set my levels carefully and essentially re-recorded various cues. Then did snippy little edits here and there, fast fades, or re-looped a repetitive section where there was no dialogue. It's my radio background. Everything had to be bright and tight and I cut my teeth & my ear on working with tape. No big secret recipe really, just a lot of factors and patience. That was the chief ingredient. Glad you found some enjoyment in it. There are more but I lost my zeal 3/4 of the way through. It's very tedious and time consuming.

It's like a minor and a major being played at the same time which creates odd tension...........
