In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I show you how to make a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich in a skillet. I saw someone do this on Facebook or TikTok and thought it was kind of gimmicky, so I decided to try it out. It is actually pretty good! 2 to 3 slices of cooked bacon, or use ham, etc.
1 to 2 slices of cheese
2 tbsp of butter
Pinch of salt
