►Recipe - ginger cookie :
measuring glasses = 300 ml.
fresh ginger - 70 gr.
freshly ground cloves - 0,5 tsp.
freshly ground cardamom - 1,5 tsp.
cinnamon - 2 tsp.
baking powder - 2 tsp.
softened butter - 200 gr.
300 gr. sugar (1 glass)
medium sized eggs - 2 pieces
70 gr. honey - 2 tbsp.
≈ 600 gr. flour (about 3 full glasses)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 10-15 minutes.
Make sure the cookies don't dry out

►Malzemeler - zencefilli kurabiye tarifi :
bardak ölçüsü = 300 ml.
taze zencefil - 70 gr.
taze çekilmiş karanfil - 0,5 çay kaşığı
taze çekilmiş kakule - 1,5 çay kaşığı
tarçın - 2 çay kaşığı
kabartma tozu - 2 çay kaşığı
yumuşatılmış tereyağı - 200 gr.
300 gr. şeker (1 su bardağı)
orta boy yumurta - 2 adet
70 gr. bal - 2 yemek kaşığı
≈ 600 gr. un (yaklaşık 3 dolu bardak)
