"SHORT NORTH" AKA WHERE OSU OFF-CAMPUS-HOUSING-AREA MEETS LOCAL LOW-INCOME-HOUSING-AREA from EAST-SIDE-OF-COLUMBUS aka Intersection of 5th AVE & High ST
Downtown and the Short North haven't been safe for decades. It was a bit better under Coleman but not great. If I was a business owner in the Short North I would be knocking down Ginther's door demanding answers. Rent is waaaaaaay too high for this stuff to be going on like this. Way too much money has been spent trying to gentrify the Short North and Campus.
It's the trying to gentrifie it. It's too poor. It's what ruined campus. Too much easy money bring crime. When it was poor students and young ppl it wasn't guns it was just poverty crime. No you add ppl who can buy expensive drugs you get guns.
@drill3586 yeah cause whites are 97% of homicide suspects in that shithole city. Just because you live in fucking fantasy land doesn't mean the rest of us do.
@@drill3586 And if you're still salty about yo people selling each other off to traders you should go talk to the Bexley crowd. Their relatives accounted for the majority of the antique farm equipment trade back then.
Its true. Only the truth can save you. It applys in engineering as well as civics. Disasters have causes. Whoever profited from the Short North gentrification development should pay this bill.
