Everyone where I work shows up 15 minutes late. One time one of the bosses showed up to take a shift and he was late too. Is this common with young folks in this country? I am old school and was taught to show up 15 minutes early

If you are late to any meeting, clear your desk or show me your family members death certificate. So no, i'm not tolerant but I don't wait too often either. Employees seem to like the predictability or something because we don't have any trouble recruiting.
