"Sotto lo stesso cielo" the live performance.
"Sotto lo stesso cielo” (Under the same sky) is my sacred cantata. With these notes I want to celebrate the joy of being alive, the enchantment of Nature, the mystery of creation. I want to imagine that peoples so far away live together in peace, embraced under the same sky. I thought of this song one summer night, lying on a lawn contemplating the heavenly vow, the day before leaving for a tour in China. The Cantata launches a bridge between West and East. In fact, the typical counterpoint of classical European language is accompanied by a sweet Lullaby built on the scales and stylistic features of traditional Chinese music. The protagonists are: Silvia Pantani (soprano), Laura Brioli (alto), Federico Bulletti (tenor), Simone Simoni (bass). Chorus of the Parma Opera, Italian Symphony Orchestra. This is an excerpt from the first performance, which took place at the Milan Auditorium.

Giovanni Allevi, is a world-renowned composer and pianist, responsible for a profound renewal in classical music, who has brought back the art of composition to the attention of the new generations.
