Loni doing a little to much but she does make a good Oprah. And Adrienne and Tamera looks too much like Sally and Tyra. Jeannie has the perfect Ellen energy.
I think them paying homage to some of the most inspiring , charming , uplifting , funny , witty and greatest women on Daytime TV was their best Halloween special yet !!! Like it was original and different and they made it their own
This is what everyone used to love about the real. The funny, not too serious segments and when they dress up for halloween. That is what was missing from this last season of the real. They talk about real life serious issue, but their talk show last season I felt missed their personalities and silliness, which is what set them apart from other talk shows.
Exactly. I think there should be a balance, talking about serious topics is very important but people initially fell in love with the show partially because it was fun and was a form of escapism for us
@@sunrises8760 I've been just re-watching old clips and I've been genuinely laughing because they didn't take themselves too seriously. I'm sure if they have to keep taping from their homes they can still do funny segments

Personally, I loved the switch to more serious topics. I understand that not everyone liked the change of tone. But for me, The show is called The real - so I expect them to be real about what’s going on in the world. I think the problem is the panelists weren’t used to doing that. Also, the producers weren’t used to making a show like that.
A B I’ve always thought that the name “The Real” wasn’t necessarily towards the topics but more towards who they are in being women of different backgrounds and race.
Sally said the production gotta get an Emmy... I’m telling you they are some of the hardest working people... the show is close to winning any Emmy in every category they’ve been nominated... so far they have Outstanding Hair Styling , Outstanding Makeup and Outstanding Hosts

I always thought it should be on a Friday... it's a weekend and plus kids don't have to rush and do homework and etc. let the kids have fun , let the adults get together and make a big safe community to make sure the kids are ok and get from house to house safely !
I think when it comes to any holiday party that’s being had at a workplace even for a holiday as silly as Halloween there has to be rules and boundaries but still let the adults be adults have fun and mingle and just let loose... just don’t get too loose 😭
