GIRL THING REVEAL THEIR PAST - THE BIG REUNION 

Jodi was very smart. She wanted to Dot The I and Cross The T and get closure. When their Song was given to Hear'Say, it reminded me of Dreamgirls. Think about it, The Dreamettes do the "Original" Version of "Got Me A Cadillac" but it was a bigger hit for a White Act as seen on American Bandstand (which was the longest running Dance Show in US History). Then they did "One Night Only" which was supposed to be a comeback song for Effie but the Dreams (lead by Deena) sang which was a Hit with The "Children" in the Gay Community. Same thing happened in The Second Version of Hairspray with "The New Girl In Town" which was done in Two Versions, one as a Pop Version with Brittany Snow (Amber) which was easier to play on White Radio where The R & B Version was more popular on Black Radio in 1962. In those days it was very hard for Black Artists to get their Music on Top 40 Radio. Linzi in her own way reminds me of Florence Ballard Of The Supremes (1943-1976). She gets fired in 1967, tries to make a comeback as a Solo Star but her Album isn't released by ABC Records that was the same Label that The Four Tops Recorded for as well as Chaka Khan when she started out in Rufus. Sadly enough the two singles were flops, she gets dropped and by 1970 she lost her house. In 1973 she made the Cover of Jet A National Black Publication where the Caption says "Ex-Supreme Broke & Living On Welfare" and by 1976 she died of a Heart Attack who had been battling Alcoholism from 1966-1976. However Linzi was a survivor, and was able to move on to a degree Flo as she was called never did. In fact the night before she died, she said "Why did Diane (Diana Ross) have to act that way."
