Honestly, Girlicious has to be the most underrated Girl Group ever. Not one of the members lacks swagger, they are all talented people, they are all awesome and beautiful women, and if I can be honest with you all 4 of these girls are QUEENS!!!
Robin kicked Tiffanie out. Told her she was too black for the group. Idk if the other three are still a group doing music together. But Tiffanie said they told her she was "too urban" for the group. But we all know what they really meant
@@abc_jv_xyz idk. Tiffany made a video saying the group was supposed to appear somewhere and they stopped her before the group flew in to show up for the performance/appearance... She said they told her she was "too urban"
At 1:30 when I tell you I had this choreo memorized, no one could tell me I wasn't Tiffany. This group had so much potential, I still listen to their songs.
@@autumntrotter952 no guys look it up like when she first was out she made a video about how she was too something I forget the word but she didnt "fit" with it
Girlicious was originally meant to be a 3 people group. So for one reason or another they kicked her. You can't bring time back. It's not like any of them 4 was remotely successful on their own so..... Move on
GRL had a tragedy so it is understandable. But she really screwed up when she removed Tiffanie from this group (who btw had the most fans apparently in Girlicious).
seen them live like 9 years ago when they opened for BSB. I met them at The Argyle at the after party. love Nat! we partied till 9am ish drinkin rum and doin bumps ... true story
The west needs more singers like that!! I would love more western girl groups like Girlicious with choreo and good voices. I ain't talking cutesy kpop! (I love kpop lol but I'm talking saying I wanna see more of THESE kind of girl groups!)
Robin Antin: Spends 2 months assembling the perfect Urban Pop group. Also Robin Antin: Kicks out Tiffanie out of the Urban Pop group for being "too urban"
@@Lennox2638 How was she the fat? She was a solid dancer, good vocalist and a fun personality. She was the most mature member by far as well. Genuinely curious what makes you say that? I’m open to your POV.
They group would've went really big if they didn't drop Tiffany from the group and if they released their album in the US and other countries. They had some songs on their first album that would've really made them a big hit.
yeah but they didn't released in the USA because of PCD Doll Domination album promotion, although it fail and PCD had to released PCD Doll Domination 2.0 ....useless!! if interescope record and robin atin didn't have gave PCD too much attention and give Girlicious what they deserve they have would been here to this days...they were huge in canada
@@alessandrareategui_ so why did they do that reality searching for the girls? I mean, If they couldn't give the group some attention, WHY the group was made? 🙄
@@guilhermerls2272 because there were intentions? But at the end they prefered PCD ...maybe because there were flopping or maybe because of nicole. Idk actually...but that's what I reas that time.
Such a shame that the group didn't have more success, these girls were putting out bop after bop. Plus all of them had their moment to shine unlike the Pussycat Dolls.
Tiffanie and Nichole's vocals go hella hard on most of the songs, Chrys, she has her moments where both she and Natalie stand out like in their song "My Boo"
Nay231 Rose. lmfao same!!!! I remembered the video not the lyrics been looking for this song for years...found it because I went to look at my MySpace to cringe and found this song again... ugh crazy
I unno. I guess it's common but I wouldn't want my future kids listening to this. This song is basically about being a sugar baby lol. I was listening to Spice Girls at 6 so.
@@p.hearting9992 Supposedly is was because Robin originally wanted 3 girls for the group, but then she decided to make it 4 last minute. But later realized she only wanted 3 for the group, so someone had to go and just happened to be Tiffanie.
Dude I remember watching their show. Even though they’ve all moved on, I hope they are proud of what they created because there are so many iconic looks in this video.
Nicole was the star, she was too good for a girl band and should have done a solo career. Her starpower is at a Britney, Christina, Gwen Stefani level. Shame she never pursued it.
I still watch the videos and the making of the group even if they grew up and went and did they own things...the memories still live on as I remember them...my favorite was Nichole....she reminds me of Christina.A
Yooooo this song is STILL A BOP!! Yo they had some good songs. I miss when music was fun like this. Is it bad I believe if they branded this video better like concept wise and promoted it more it could’ve been bigger. Sad to know the fun days are gone for now.
oh my God this was my favorite song back in 2008//2009. I used to dance to this song all the time and it (dancing) would make me so happy lol. I miss those times soo much it's crazy
I miss them! I grew up with Spice Girls, Froggy Mix, Aqua, The Hex Girls, The Pussycat Dolls and Girlicious! These days it's all about Little Mix and Fifth Harmony which are cool but I never forget my roots!
For everyone wondering why Tiffany left the group, she's previously stated it was due to the fact the group was no longer heading in an "urban" direction. IMO, she definitely made the right choice, seeing where the remaining members are now.
I still love this group they should've stayed together, they come out hard with some bops. They were like the short pussycats dolls, representing petite ladies like me
They effed up getting rid of Tiffanie, that one decision ruined Girlicious Legacy, shows you that A&R or labels can destroy success when you tamper with the winning formula! Anyhow she sang most of their debut album.
