Join the Club. I only knew about Cheryl when she was a Judge briefly on The US Version of The X Factor. Then I did some surfing and I found Girls Aloud. Do you know that this year marks the 20th Anniversary of The Popstars Franchise beginning first in New Zealand.
I'm American, and actually hears Sound Of The Underground off a top 40 UK broadcast when they first started, UK music in the 00's was amazing, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Dannii Minogue, Kylie Minogue, Starsailor, Arctic Monkeys, Idlewild, Manic Street Preachers, the Coral, Kaiser Chiefs, Rachel Stevens, Franz Ferdinand, etc..I don't listen to UK pop now, as it's as bad as US pop.
She's usually the best one up there. She's jovial and always looks like she's having a ball while some of the others look like they can't wait to get home.
Quite but not QUIET these Girls are perhaps the BEST in the MUSIC Industry, no need for wisemen, they can get professional advice, and date who they LIKE
Vey good we won't mention how many or who these girls date- dancers etc no brainer to bright and cheery Musik is awesome and waterman has worked well with the sound
I've had this song in my head since I heard they were coming back on tour. I'm so glad they are doing this tour as a 20th clelebration but in memory of Sarah too. They still look like pop stars 20 years on too, unlike some.....steps, TLC, sugar babes, to name a few. Also the fact they are keeping Sarah's parts in and not doing any new music is a lovely tribute imho
@KejsiTweedy I'm telling EVERYBODY about them, I already droned on and on to my friend Nicola, who is a ginger, "Omigod, there's this AMAZING singer who is also named Nicola who is also a ginger, she looks like you!" And I slip in mentions of Cheryl everywear :)
What do you with "they don't sing"? The only one who can't really sing is Cheryl. And some of them (Kimberley, Sarah and Nicola) do write some songs or at least part of it (like the bridge or the chorus). And, actually, they are not famous all over the world. They are extremely famous in UK but out of it... Almost no one has ever heard of them in the USA, Brazil or Spain.
Cheryl can sing-she has a soft voice that compliments the others. Funny she gets criticized a lot yet she is the most successful and the only one that can bring the house down as a solo artist. Just watch how the audience responded to her during her solo tour. It's not just the voice, it's the whole person. She is perfect even with her imperfections. I love Nadine too, but she can't make it solo. She needed the girls to prop her up. She came from a band in Ireland to another band-she does not have the charisma that Cheryl has.
I want Nadine Coyle to have a baby with Steve Perry of Journey. That baby would be the greatest singer ever. Frozen sperm from Freddie Mercury would be even better.
What are you talking about? It’s a group formed in the 00s in the UK. Literally 90% of the population was white. Doesn’t mean that this man wasn’t fit for the job. Not sure what your point was supposed to be here.
@@machineofadream I don't know either and no idea when i clicked on this video.I thought,i left this mess. under Bananarama Tripping on Your Love which i find a disgusting music video.Same as Tara Kemp -Piece of My Heart,both awesome songs with horrible videos.
