This stuff shaped into a blade (with a few other softer elements added in for assistance) can be used to cut pretty much all other metals. It also doesn't scratch unless you use things like diamond. Also you can't commercially melt it because its melting temperature is so high that any container you try to melt it in would melt or burn before it even gets soft. Steel melts at 2500°F, titanium at 3000°F, and graphite crucibles, which is the upper limit of what we use to contain the hottest metals we have ever melted would be destroyed past 5000°F. This thing melts at 6100°F

That's basically the purest ajd most genuine kind of gift/present. something the person thinks you would love but that you'd never buy for yourself. no point gifting someone something that they would buy anyway as they could just buy it for themselves.

It actually is a good gift though. The memory of how Michael confused cute for cube is a better gift. It has a story. Everytime she sees or holds that cube, she'll remember her friends gathered together and laugh at Michael's blunder. Trinkets get forgotten or lost. Ok, i honestly got confused how does 1 ton = 907kg. I guess I finally learned why ive heard "metric ton" so often. I was always confused why was that even neccesary to specify. Anyway, cool to know how small a 907kg cube of tungsten is.

@@ryanmatthew609 nah. I looked it up. There are different ton measurements. The short ton is 2000 lb, which is 907kg. The metric ton is 1000kg. This whole thing made me think of also why do we even use a metric ton. Why not just use Megagram (Mg), like its customary for the metric measures.

If someone wants a more exact amount, it comes to 907.184 kg. Which goes as... 1ton = 2000 lbs 1 lbs = 453.592 grams 2000lbs X 453.592 grams is 907,184 grams which is close enough to 99.99% of people to say it is 907 kg instead of 907.184 kg. Edit#1: re-worded my second paragraph, as the intent was not to attack anyone in particular.
