I want to see this 1965 Girls on the Beach movie!!

Made during the "beach movie" craze in the 1960s. It's a silly flick, but fun. RIP, Leslie Gore.

good music in this film saw this around 1998 or 1999.

The Crickets are Jerry Allison(he co-wrote Peggy Sue with Buddy Holly),Sonny Curtis(he wrote dozens of hits such as"I fought the Law"and"More than I can say")...he's the guy who wrote and sang"Love is all around" on the Mary Tyler Moore Show...the other guy is Jerry Naylor who was a regular on the "Shindig" TV series.

Even Lesley Gore said was the worst film she ever made!! But still great to see her sing!

Wasn't the plot where the GOTB wanted the Beatles to perform by the beach but couldn't due to the fact that it was all a practical joke? This would be perfect on my MST3K/RT wishlist.

Dumb movie, incomparable music. Lesley Gore and the Beach Boys singing Lonely Sea. (maybe Lesley should have married Brian Wilson)
