And even if she were saying that the sun on your skin is better than wearing sunscreen that is factually wrong, having a lack of sun protection can result in sunburn or even skin cancer. So anyone insinuating that letting the sun shine on you is better than protecting yourself from what could become a harmful cancer, probably isn't someone who should be allowed to control the full educational development of children. For real, like the majority of people who are on the pill primarily take it to regulate their periods/cramps/etc. Before I started the pill, I had debilitating cramps, and now I don't get them at all. Birth control is awesome. The pregnancy prevention aspect is more like an added bonus lol

that's not true though. women occasionally wore tights for riding but it was rare, in fast, as you can see in many documentaries, women had dresses on for riding. scots wore kilts, not skirts, germanic barbarians sometimes did too, the ancient roman toga was not pant shaped. but for the majority of the last thousand years men wore pants and women skirts. children otoh did in fact wear dresses up until they were older.

It's still better though than those moisturisers filled with random chemicals and stuff, I'm using tallow as well and its great. It doesn't need to be unscented, it can come with essential oils added to it for smell.

@@thecakedoesntlie Tallow is chemicals, so is water and your skin itself. You should use lanolin, which is an actual skin oil (from sheep). Tallow just makes your skin greasy (and then sticky) and doesn't absorb properly like lanolin does. If you want to be super duper all-natural, you don't even need any creams if you use a dry cloth to wipe excess oil and sweat from your face during the day, and wash your face with natural soap every once in a while.

Pasteurization literally exists because raw milk was killing people. Raw milk is pathogen Russian roulette. Especially for wee ones.

Some people swear by it and buy it through places that test it regularly. A few decades ago that's the only way some people drank it. I still don't think it's worth getting tuberculosis or other potentially deadly illnesses imo.
