Guess it depends on pain tolerance as to how much people can take. This machine cannot simulate swelling, deep vaginal and anal cramping, breast pain, back pain, cravings, and yes the stress of having to make sure you do not have break through bleeding.

I mean not every woman have horrible painful cramps on their period, maybe the ones that felt most pain with that period pain stimulation are having a not so bad cramps. But those who were chill even until it reached 8. They perhaps have the most painful period cramps 😆

Period pain/ period in general is a real issue. We are in pain and still have to do regular things like this is nothing. We have real pain, we are sweating of pain, can’t move as usual, bad headache, we are emotionally, physically and mentally disabled for few days every month and feel all through it uncomfortable. STILL we have to function and make it through inconspicuous and silent.

What if one of those girls was on their period while doing this lol that would hurt so bad. Periods aren’t like a stab it’s more of an ache like being twisted inside your... yeah...

I get period pains so bad I shake like literally tremble, has helped me build a closer relationship to God. Also I don’t take pills very often unless I’m running a fever.

Period pain is very variable. My mum never really got any growing up whereas I have had a few that have landed me in hospital.

From the girls' reaction you can really tell who has easier periods. I really envy them. Sometimes my periods are ok but when I stress much, fe, it's pain + vomiting + nearly fainting, and I barely stand straight. At these moments I really want to cut everything out from there, because I don't know whether I'm definitely gonna have a child. If I don't, what is it for then.

As a woman who's delt with endometriosis for the past 16years this made me laugh. Like yea no yall are lucky af if that's the worst y'all have felt. My last cycle, I spent 5 days in the hospital because the pain was so bad that I couldn't hold anything down. I was so dehydrated and weak they had to put me on iv. Im now pregnant🙏🏾 (which is a blessing that I was even able to conceive) so im hoping after i give birth that I'll get some relief.

My period pain isnt dull. It isnt sharp either. It takes over my whole body with pain down to my knees. I think meditating helps to not writhe around screaming.

The pads (like stickers) are probably not attached right, when it's not stuck on right then it causes the current to feel like a pin stick and it stings. Sometimes just taking it off and re-sticking the pad will get rid of the needle pin pain. This is not accurate as to what an actual cramp is like. I use this machine all the time, and at a high level, for my lower back to help eliminate cramps or stiff shoulder and neck pain. I do get stabbing pain but not on my stomach so this is not accurate to a period pain.

I regularly have about 6-7 pains. RARELY do I have 8s....but I have had an 8

Many women suffer their whole lifetime from dysmenorrhea which is actually a really common disease in women. Dysmenorrhea is basically mood swings, terrible cramps, back pain and even sometimes vomiting and sweating from the pain. So stop making yourself endure this when you can get help. There are currently five ways of treatment on the current market. So go and talk to your gynaecologist and research about dysmenorrhea because why suffer silently when you can get help? Why suffer silently? PERIOD IS NORMAL BUT PERIOD PAIN IS NOT!

I remember when we went mountain hiking during my college days, it was my first day and i couldnt back down anymore since we've planned this for so many months together with our teachers and school staff... oh i was having the worst cramp ever and i was shaking , puking and just tired lol🤣 when i told my friends about it they were like "yeah period cramps is bad but we can manage" and i was like nooooo! Not when you have an awful dysmenorrhea ! Guess it really depends also but yeah atleast every other month i'd still experience bad cramps sometimes its tolerable but some months no! 😅

I had to talk to a client while sitting down, pretending that I was tying my shoes. It was rude but the pain came instantly.

I had severe cramps, nausea,dizziness,weakness, backache, just everything, until I had my daughter. After that the cramping wasn’t as bad but I got severe migraines and longer periods. I ended up eventually having a hysterectomy leaving one ovary. No more periods, a lot less migraines, but boy did my breasts get extremely sensitive and sore every couple of months for about 5 years.

Period pain is different for each woman, they experience different levels of pain, my period cramps used to leave me pacing my room cause it was continuos ache like someone had shoved something big inside me and was just twisted. Sitting hurt, laying hurt. After birth control I no longer experience cramps

I'm used to having my period on regular basis. The period pain I felt when I was younger are bearable. When I entered my 20's, the period pain got worst, like I felt I'm about to passed out anytime. I also experience irregular period these years idk what really happen, but gotta bear it.

Most people either have light 3 days or heavy 2 weeks but not me. I have only 3-4 days but it's like hell. Almost as if you took my uterus, put it in a kitchen aid electric mixer, and set it on high. Thank god for pain meds.

Right after I got my IUD my cramps were brutal. I was a waitress and I remember at work one day getting hit all the sudden with this pain that came with weakness in my legs. My leg muscles just called it quits. It's kind of like when you've been horseback riding for a long time and you're not used to it. So your legs feel sore on the horse but when you get down you just can't stand up properly. The type of pain is a lot like how you feel the day after getting punched in the stomach pretty hard. (I was in Martial arts, that's how I know. Nobody randomly punches me lol)

I don’t think anyone can create an actual period pain simulator. As it’s an ache, I liken it to someone scraping out the inside of a pumpkin. But your abdomen is the pumpkin. It’s an ebb and flow and deep. It is literally a lesser version of labor.

Actually a woman who has light bleeding on the 7 day period are the weak ones and the woman who has the heavy bleeding on the 7 day period are the strongest one to endure it and I am one of those women who have heavy bleeding and I mostly don't take pain killers on almost all my period weeks because I am such a forgetful person on a daily basis and I have to deal with it without painkillers. But in a way it's also a good thing I don't drink painkillers on my period week because what happens when your giving birth to your child, the pain is going to be at it's highest peak and the good part is that your not drinking anything that is harmful to your body either 🤗 If you guys agree what I said in this comment drop a like 👇

You feel more pain than usual when you have the IUD contraceptive .. and yes i have .. like every month when your period is there you just feel like dying .. every minute every hour .. and having a fever is normal ..

Endometriosis is the worst pain you can imagine. Had to deal with that shit for 44 years. Didn't experience birth but thank you hysterectomy.

I had terrible double over pain 17-20, then it got better as I got older, you have train yourself to suppress it acknowledgment of the pain. I use to do sit-ups to help the flow, no dairy that helped some.

I occasionally get pains on my 2nd days. But when it does come it comes hard. My little sister has it worse than me. She starts crying and feels nauseous every time.

I have endometriosis and part of treating it is to not have periods, but once in awhile I’ll still get one, and it’s not fun. It means taking a high dose of prescription naproxen with a T3 (because the naproxen on its own isn’t enough), usually there will be waves of pain and swelling which results in heavy breathing, crying into a pillow, pushing out large clots, and sometimes vomiting from overstimulation. On occasion, I’ve gone to the hospital because the amount of blood I was losing was too much for my body to stay hydrated and maintain a safe blood pressure.

During my periods is the time I get to feel every part of my lower anatomy😭 it’s the bones crushing and stomach and I have these crazy ideas like if I just stab my self all will be well. And no matter how hard I prepare my self I’m never ready for it 😩 and my hate at that moment is at level 10000 x100000 And this happens for 2 days

once I was at school and my period started. I didn't wanted to call my mom so I just act like nothing happened. But in the 4. lesson... omg I couldn't even sit still. And even though I was dying I act like everyting is ok. I guess I am an ecxellent actress because neither my teacher nor my friends realised anything. On the break time I called my mom crying and saying "mom u have to come and take me home i am going to faint because of too much pain" She couldn't make it so my uncle came to take me from school. And because he is the best uncle ever he asked me if I have to go to the hospital or anything. I didn't wanted him to be late for his job so I acted like I am ok. He took me to the train station and as soon as he lived I started crying. Because it was sooooo cold and i was in so much pain. It tooks 40 minutes for train to arrive my home. AND I CRIED THE WHOLE TIME. I got home and take some painkillers. But it made the pain even worse. Turns out stomachache was one of the side effects. Oh god i'd rather die than to live that shit again. It was unceasing (idk if thats to right word) pain for 8-9 hours.

The pain you experience while on your period feels like a crushing unbearable weight, then also it’s like a hand is inside you in your pelvic area pushing your guts and muscles up against that weight at different intervals. It sucks.

My period is pretty chill, but my flow is like niagra falls so thats the part thats most annoying to me, and sometimes ill get this stabbing pain right in my tailbone and that shit is insane, but it passes, where the cramps are like a general ache that keeps on going the first 2 days.

For me I never felt pain in my periods. Recently though have started having some stomach pain, but nothing major. So, I'm lucky. Only real stomach pain I've felt is when I had an ovary cyst that ruptured. Now that was truly painful. I could barely walk. Mom had to help me.

The best way to describe it for me is it feels like my uterus is about to fall out while it gets more and more swollen while in constant pain

When I was in labour I realised what those period cramps and pain had been there to prepare me for that moment. They were 200 times less painful than the waves of pain I was experience during contractions though. But at that point I was like: oh now I get it what those years of torture were there for.

What helps me with the pain is taking Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin B Weeks before my Period and during.

Why do we have to try the period simulator when we've already experienced the pain and how was that fair when we have to go through the pain every month

I just feel like that simulator doesn’t accurately portray what period cramps actually feel like… I say they feel like those really bad cramps you get right before you have explosive diarrhea… but they don’t go away and last for hour’s

Yes , period pain is a long painful Ache. But sudden painful sharp contractions are there , I can't be the only one !!! I usually get hospitalised when I'm on my period . I can't even open my eyes . Sometimes I drug myself, take injections, whatever I can . But really , anyone who gets sharp pain during the 2 first days ??

Well I suppose that I'm a very lucky girl cause I don't really have any cramps or pain in my period.. Sometimes a little bit but not not much.

The pain stimulators are not accurate in my opinion, period pain is like constant squeezing of our internal organs that stretches upto leg muscles and spine. Machines can't replicate it as of now XD.And yes I am typing all of this while experiencing it rn.

You can never really tell the pain for each different person. People have different pain tolerance. For example, I have a really good pain tolerance. I could handle pain pretty well but some girls who are actually telling their period sucks because the cramps are so painful, some of them have really light cramps but they just suck at handling it
