Even if you are genuinely attracted to a police officer you shouldn't be flirting with an officer while you're in their custody, they can lose their job over that.
There's no set time for the breathalyzer machine to work it just needs a steady breath to get the reading. She was purposefully interrupting the flow so the machine couldn't get a reading. It's not the officer who was elongating the process she was.
Also problem is for example if the first officer accepted the date. If she was in court for example the week after and they found out he was seen her outside of work, he would of been in a lot of trouble i reckon.
DUI = Driving Under the Influence. Some places call it DWI, Driving While Intoxicated. As for refusing to give a breath sample, where I live, it's an automatic 1 year license suspension. The cost of getting a DUI is huge. The fine, the loss of your license, possibly some jail time, going to alcohol awareness classes, and even when you get your license back, your car insurance will increase by a lot for several years.
Driving Under The Influence can also mean anything, while DWI strictly means Intoxicated. So driving on weed, heroine, etc... DUI my grandpappy was a Detective. Ironically he was an alcoholic too.
@13:58 Did you say the last time you drank alcohol was... 50 years ago or 15? My speakers aren't the greatest. ;) If 15 then... okay! But, if 50... holy crap girl! How old are you!? (I know... it's rude to ask a woman her age... so I don't expect an answer...) By the way, if no one else has said it... DUI == "Driving Under the Influence. (of Drugs or Alcohol)"
My cousin is a cop and always give girls tickets knowing they always flirt there way out of em. My dad was a cop for 30 years most of my family is in law enforcement. This was ridiculous this girl was so flirtatious should always have another officer especially feamale when dealing with a woman.
I've been pulled over by female officers a few times & they've always let me go without writing a ticket. I wouldn't necessarily even say I was flirting, just smile, be polite, say "yes ma'am," stuff like that. Male officers on the other hand have never let me get away with anything.
@RussianReactionReviews yeah reminds me of the time when I first subscribed your channel, my school days . Now about to graduate from university lol don't know why but watching your channel gives me hope. So please don't change the sound tracks
A DUI or DWI means that you are driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind. Basically, any chemical that impairs your ability to drive safely.
Driving Under Influence DUI. also called OWI. In most states refusal to take a sobriety test either the breath test or a blood test means loss of drivers license for a year. Regardless of outcome of court verdict.
I knew a girl that would often get away with drunk driving because she she's was cute, and local cops always let her off the hook. I've gotten off the hook more than once using my own methods as well, no flirting though😄 but I never drove intoxicated.
That's true! You could be sober, but just by saying you drank earlier, you could at a minimum have to do the DUI acrobats test. For myself if I drink alcohol I see how I feel walking to my car. If I feel any buzz at all, I go back inside&have coffee for couple of hrs or until I know for sure that I'm sober.
@@johnrob3215 It's easy to fall into that sitiation during college years. Here's a long dui story I hope you don't mind me sharing: 1 time I had I think 3 cocktails&was driving home w/a buddy. We saw cops following us. So I turned down side street, pretending to go home. I noticed cop car passed up street I turned on, then they must have did u turn. Saw them come followed us down side street. So I turned down another street&parked in front of a house. Cops turned off their lights&stopped at end of street to spy on us. My buddy didn't want to follow me, so I went alone, walking up a drive way to pretend it was my house. I figured if cops don't put on siren lights or tell me to stop, if I get between the houses, I'm gone! I got between houses&took off! I went in opposite direction knowing they'd look up my plates&look for me to run home. I was like Rambo when he was running from police. It took me 3 hrs to get home, jumping fences, going thru forest preserves&taking about a 7 mile path home. Woke up my bro. He gave me ride to my car at 3am. I got ticket for parking more than 12 " from curb. Next day my buddy who stayed with the car said they had him on his knees after finding pot bowl on him. He said he heard cops on radio. They had the whole police force looking for me. I duped a whole police force&all they could get me on was a parking violation. I was maybe 24. Anyways after that I don't think I ever took a chance again if I drank too much.
@@johnrob3215 Yeah it's easy to get in that type of situation during college years. I was fortunate to learn from a boss I had at a retail store, when I was 18. He got 2 DUIs in the same night. So I remembered that lesson when I became old enough to drink. However I did have some close calls where I drove when I was borderline being buzzed, when I was in my 20s. That lesson of my boss kept me very aware tho. Then in mid 20s I decided to be sure I'm sober before driving. So I do the walk back in coffee thing of there's any doubt.
