I just find myself hesitant using period cups and tampons. I know period cups are definitely more environment-friendly, and are a great idea for going swimming or hiking but I guess I just need to get more comfortable with the idea 😅
While I agree that the idea of a cup is so scary and that many women don't get to have a good experience on the first try but still I would encourage other women to start using the cup because it literally changed my life for the better and it is way more comfortable to deal with periods now.
