I compared Gisada, Savage Elixir and Gisada Intense in professional and social settings. The ranking based on compliments received as follows; First Place: Gisada Intense Second Place: Tie Gisada and Savage Elixir. I was catching a flight early in the morning 6:00A. The flight was full as usual but women outnumbered men. In business class it's two by two seating. I was first seated next to a male. Just before push back one of the flight attendants spoke to the male seated next to me and he got his bag and left the seat. After a few minutes this absolutely stunning lady came and said there had been a seating mix-up. I thought it was my seat involved but it was the aisle seat next to me. After takeoff and meal/coffee service this incredible female turned to me and said she had a very challenging day ahead but sitting next to me and smelling my cologne was calming. She asked what fragrance I was wearing. Being no fool I said that information had a price not looking up from my laptop. She said ok..how much. My response lunch today. Her reply was No.... And then with a very alluring smile said my fragrance required dinner.
Where is this woman's crown, my goodness. She is absolutely gorgeous 😱 Also I see your reviews on fragrantica. I always appreciate how concise they are! Nice video. This made me want to, one day, explore the original ambassador. I only have intense and it's one of my favorites in my collection. It's just got so much going on, and the notes work together so well. Lasts for a week on my clothes easy, and 12+ hrs on my skin.
Personally, I prefer Intense. That scent DNA is just something I love. Very much a sexy, look at me type of scent. I do still wear the original quite a bit though. Love the mango in the opening. Think of it as that smells great, compliment getting, but not overpowering fragrance that stands out without being overpowering.
When I smelled intense the dry down reminded me of another fragrance I bought that I absolutely love. It's similar but it is different. It's called ishq al shuyukh silver from lattafa's pride line. It opens with pineapple over ambassadors mango and the dry down is almost the same. Cedar wood amber wood and vanilla with a little patchouli. A little less spice but same vibe and both fragrances just scream sexy. Don't let the name of it get you it's insane and it's only 40-50 bucks.
You can’t go wrong with either I have them both smells really really great not alot of people know about foreign scents! But intense is the winner for me & the OG is still a 9/10 fragrance🙏
I rocked Ambassador on NYE at a party and got asked what I was wearing that smelled so good. It was from another dude but hey a compliment is a compliment 😅
Women mostly love someone who is wearing a good fragrance, but usually they are not saying anything. Buy believe me, if a man noticed you, a girl also did 👍🏼 from time to time you will get girls asking you, you will see

I'm a fan of the OG the reaction to that has been great too lots of compliments! It's the only fragrance I've worn were a woman has chased me down the street to find out what I'm wearing, she made me write the name down for her too!
If I had to choose I would say OG Ambassador because I don't have anything with that Mango note...but in real life I'm glad I don't have to choose and I can have both 🤣
So a vote for the OG ambassador. 😉 If you love the scent of mango, put your nose to Paco Rabanne Fame. A scent marketed towards women but that one has a nice dose of mango 👌 I mostly use it when layering, to give my other scent a fruity dose of mango 👌
Blind bought them both. Dont regret it a bit, these scents are absolutely beautiful! Unique, easy likeable, sexy, masculine and BEAST-MODE. Also wanna emphasise a very important statement of rotten rebel, not only for this specific case (ambassador), but for wearing your fragrance of choice in general: 04:02 🙂
@@giacomosornatale4800 I like the intense version more, just because its the fruity mango dna of ambassador, but made way more dark and spicey.. It goes into the direction of sauvage elixir, but more dark and sexier.
So guys, just got the ambassador intense and i must say, it's really good. It quickly became in my top 2 all time favorites. Now, I will say rebel is probably trying to sell this item. Yet, he's not lying on the reviews. It's different from elixir but in the open really has that elixir DNA but is sweeter, more elegant, and in my opinion, more sophisticated. It's exactly as he said, then it settles into its own beast. Woody, smoky, and a little fruity. Well worth the buy

I own both, there was a discount in the fragrance shop in town by 20% and I was like *** it, lets's have both. I love both of them but intense is my favorite as well. The OG is like Dior Sauvage and Armani Stronger With You had a baby. That's the best comparison I can give :D
Ambassador is to me one of the best scents I've ever smelled. It's like Xerjoff Erba Pura, Eros Flame and Hubba Bubba bubblegum, haha. 10/10, super good smelling and very compliment garning. Smelled about 3000 fragrances, but this top tier for me. Very important to wear it in the back of your neck/head instead of smelling it up close on your hand, though. The intense version is really good, too, but I need to test it a bit more! It reminds me of a bubblegummy Sauvage Elixir, but less nutmeg and licorice. Like a more modern bubblegummy Elixir. I have Ambassador and absolutely love it, I’ll have to order a sample size of the intense to try. Spicebomb extreme is my other go to, that stuff projects forever!! Even after doing laundry I can still smell it. Great review! 🙏
So I've been on the hunt for a fragrance I keep smelling out in the wild. I've encountered it a few times, without having the balls to ask what it was, so I've been blind buying everything that the notes match what I believe I've smelled. I've now purchased, Polo Green, TF Noir Extreme, Le Male Elixir, JPG Scandal Le Parfum, Bvlgari Man in Black, and now this one. Lol. I keep saying it's like Sauvage Elixir, but with more of a caramel spicy type scent. I'm REALLY hoping this one is the one. 😝😝
These two are the only ones where I’ve literally purchased 100ml versions of each after sniffing them. The og I’ve decided to have as my signature scent and mix it up with the intense version and use on night.

The original is the more versatile of the 2. It is suitable for year round use, casual wear or work. Intense is more of your night out, colder weather attention grabber. Both are great compliment getters.
I finally smelled it today and I loved it ! That opening.....and even tho it's fruity spicy sweet, it's not over done or thick...the amber woody aspect is wonderful. I have to buy
I love the gisada intense,but i will not buy anymore,i buy in a store but i have friends that buy in their own online store and never received the product and their never respond to the emails, very bad, i like it but i will never buy again,is my favorite parfum but its not a company we can trust
I just have not gotten around to buying lattafa fragrances yet. Will definitely buy some soon, and I'm really looking forward to comparing them to the originals as well. Thanks for the suggestion!
Thanks for sharing! I thought hospitals had like a "no perfume" thing going on? 🤷♂️ I've recommended some more discreet scents to a few doctors that are subscribers and they all say they can't wear sort of stronger kind of scents 😊

I get good performance out of both 😊 Feedback from subscribers seem to lean a bit more towards the ones who get good performance, but it seems there are some who do not get good performance. Not sure if that's related to not spraying enough/going nose blind or if there are any batch variations 🤷♂️ What kind of performance do you get when it comes to projection/longevity?
@@rottenrebels it’s a skin scent on me after 4 hours, I smelled coffee before smelling it after 4 hours and I had to get close to the skin to notice it. Could be a new batch 🥹
I have both and am disappointed in both .. neither stand out as exceptional.. so for those considering buying, get a sample first.. neither project strongly so over spraying is needed.. the opening to ambassador does resemble Dior savage which I own but no longer wear.. I won’t be replenishing
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these two. Different noses different tastes. There are some similarities to dior (Which I've covered) but they go in different ways and are very much their own scents. I think they are great men's fragrances. As for the performance, I get solid projection from both. So thinking maybe you're going noseblind to them?
Tbh I just tried both in the mall few weeks ago. I was excited after watching few youtubers reviewing them and all of them gave really good review. Idk much about this brand for how long they are in the market . It was the first time that I heard about them. After I tried I was not impressed that much. But few years ago when I tried Pdm Layton and Herod I was like daaamn... I think this brand pays to give them amazing review.🤷♂️
@@rottenrebels agree the og ambassador is lit one of my most complimented fragrances I just hope the intense hasn't got that strong nutmeg & liquorice note that sauvage elixir has..it's too overpowering in elixir...if intense has mellowed those notes out then I may have to blind buy

I think it really depends on how much one loves Elixir.. If someone loves Sauvage Elixir and would love to have a scent that has parts of it, but goes in it's own direction then maybe yes. Do not expect GAI intense to be very close to Elixir though. Otherwise maybe just go for something else instead 😊
Hi! The only ones I bought so far are Ambassador and Ambassador Intense. Not sure I'm going to buy any of the ones in their more expensive collection, they are quite pricey, but if I do I´ll review them. Thanks for the suggestion!
royal and oud ones are amazing but would like you get that review and comparison to other fragrances. so see if it is justified the higher price or not. People compare "Imperial" to the Oud for Greatness. The "Oud" is very powerful but I personally don't know if the price justifies it against other options under 200. This "Royal" smells freaking amazing.... again maybe you can spot similarities with other less pricey fragrances.

Wrong. The Ambaador intesse is very heavy the smell afer few hrs stay the same or become more wood smell. But the Gisada Original after few hrs the smell stay incredible so sweet that you don’t stop smell it. I went to the shop I spray both them in papier and bring it hom. The next day I was smelling something sweet frutti little spicy I just wanted to eat it haha and what was ?? Was the Gisada original. The other one was still heavy wood
I've heard a lot about these and would like to try them. Does anyone know in the US what stores carry these so that you can test them? I wrote the company well over a week ago to ask the same question and have never received a response. Amazing...
Unfortunately, there are no stores in america that sell these fragrances. You need to purchase from their website. They are a luxury company and have many orders. To be honest, if you are not making a purchase... You're probably rather low on their priority list, sadly. I can only speak for intense to say it is an absolute superstar. I don't even know what kind of fragrance to call this, considering there are 31 different notes, but it's amazing. It's like a combination of bleu de chanel parfum, with dior sauvage elixir, with almost the performance of sauvage elixir. That's the best summary I can give. P.s. Even when I DID make an order, I asked them a question ABOUT MY ORDER... they never answered to this day, and I got the fragrance in September....I hope this helps in some way.
Hi! That's like the 3rd time I hear someone mention they contacted them and did not get a reply.. That's very, very bad.. I bought my 2 Gisada bottles from an online reseller simply because I rarely buy from the brands themselves as it's often more expensive buying directly from them. My suggestion is to look online and find a SOLID store that carries them, that also deliver to your area. Make sure whichever store you choose is a good one and that you are not overpaying for the scents 👍
I just purchased a bottle of the regular ambassador. If you're in the US and you use the Gisada US website, your bottle will ship from Houston, TX. Mine shipped USPS, and I got a tracking number.
@@chrisdonovan2053 Thanks Chris. I'm in Austin so it would be a very quick shipment but I wanted to try it before I spend that much money on a fragrance that I've never smelled. I guess the only way to do it is to get decant off of scent split or someplace like that.
Hi! Which Gisada? Regardless of which though: They are very different. Herod is very much focused on sweet tobacco and these two are not 😊 So really depends on what you are looking for and what you enjoy more in a scent.
I would have to choose the original. I find it to be better and more rounded. Also, i think that the original Ambassador has it's own place where as the Intense is "more" mainstream.
