Reality of life

Mel you do belong and you are not worthless. I know these thoughts so well 49 years of them and i just not learning to try and like me. God is helping me with that. Maybe one day i might actually love what i see in the mirror. And one day today actually you should love who you see as well. Your words help i want you to know you make a difference in my life. And i am sure many more as well. You have have a prupose and a reason. You do belong here. Thank you for being you and being honest. May you find a reason to smile through the hollidays.

You're entitled to happiness. Continue to fight for your dreams. Doubts always worry our minds. But your dreams,out weigh the negativities. You're determined,strong & good. Anything you need, is in your grasp. Just remain determined & never settle, for anything less. Nothing in life is perfect. But it's possible to obtain, whatever you want to achieve. Never give up. The average person out there,feels like you do. Struggling with doubts. But most importantly they've got dreams. And eventhough its rough, they're determined to succeed. Every individual, has a purpose. Hold on & fight for yours. I believe your (stronger) than you think. As for the insomnia, disconnect from social media. Turn off your phone, put on some soothing instrumental music, close your eyes & relax. Clear your mind & relax . And allow nature to take its course. Sleep will come. You're capable of great things, just have faith. Just hold on & believe in yourself.

If I was unuseful at being stable,I would not be who I am,afraid of what?what I'm afraid of is to loosing my soul,that's it.My dream was to raise a family with you,you sold my dream to get yours,I respect your choice.I know what I am capable of,and many others,but you just don't,it's fine,in that way you will always judge me,at thinking,what value I ever had for you?Because you gave me many lies before,today what tells me that you are not lying to me again?What you have rejected no longer has value for you.I'm asking my self what are you really looking for.Anyway I will find my work so what are you looking for?
