I think these planners are a wonderful idea! I have SO many projects that are partially completed and when I go back to complete them, sometimes I forget details like the hook size used or where I found the pattern, ect. and this would be a great way to keep track of all that information. Also, I agree that it's great to look back at all of the projects that we have completed. I am with you on the spiral binding because they are easier to write in and expand better. I like the Crochet Companion the most because there is so much room to keep track of things and be super organized, but I admit that the cover on the sloth planner is SUPER cute! Thanks for the chance to win one of these and I hope you are having an amazing day!

Love the sloth planner! I am a slow crocheter so I get my projects done when I get them done, lol! The Crochet Companion planner is huge! More for the money! Good value! Love the tabs idea! Something like those I could take apart, punch holes and put in a 3-ring binder. The Crochet Companion is my fave though, love the detailed pages, would really help me organize this year! Love your kitty!

great idea to write what ur project down with the color of yarn is. i’ve been crocheting for about 21 years and my first big project was a red, white, and blue twin blanket for my daughter i made it right after 9-11. love the planner books.

I love crochet planners! I have one f Lara’s. They are phenomenal and really keep me on track. She has also just come out with a prayer journal. I love all 3 that you have shown. I really wish they all had spots for pics of your final project. Helps in referencing if need to make another. But, I have found that one can tweak any planner to make it more personalized.

Hi Mel! I have the Crojo Corner Crochet Project Planner, so the Crochet Companion would be a nice accompaniment to it. As for using it, I have been wanting to inventory all my yarn and crochet supplies, so I would use it mostly for that. Thanks for the review!💖🤗

i love the sloth planner especially for gifts i have crocheted or working on. it would be nice to know what size hook im using when I pick up an old WIP too! i have the crojo planner. i purchased one as soon as it was on Amazon. way more sections than I need. i dont design patterns so i dont use that section at all. i never had a project journal before Crojo's and Ive used it way more than I thought I might. Tabbing each section saves a ton of time flipping pages. I wish all journals were spiral bound and affordable.thank you so much for the review Mel!!

Hi. I'd make all those crochet journals spiral bound with hard covers like the last one. I really like all of them and can see why you like the last one best. The Sloth is cute and the white stripe looks like it's intended to show how think the book is. The Cojo Crochets book is full of useful pages, but being a bound book, how long would I use it before getting tired of it? On the other hand, how much would it cost to get it spiral bound? Perhaps a local school would do it for a donation or small fee?

I am waiting as we speak for my Journal from Crojo to get here! I picked the same cover that you did. It's too bad that I did not know you were giving one away! I had to wait until I had the funds to get it. My daughter got me the one for You Tube for Christmas. I also think the only thing missing is a spiral binding. It would make it so much easier. I can live without the tabs, because once you start putting little things in the sections, that you may need for later, like folded over papers, or notes, you tend to find the sections a lot easier. Plus, from use, it's easier to find where you last left off. I am trying to get my life organized, while I am not able to do as much as I would like due to some health stuff. I get my procedure that helps me become as normal as I can for a couple months a year in a week, so looking forward to getting back in touch with everyone after that. I need this journal now, because I am starting to go live with some other creators once or twice a month. Things are looking a little better than before, and i find myself wanting to alter patterns, and soon maybe making my own! Hoping you are well.

I like the idea of either of these, although as slow as I crochet it might last me a lifetime. I would probably take and have it spiral bound, something I've never done but I have some cookbooks I wish that they were and it seems like this would be bring even more function to the journal.

I like the sloth planner because I am not fast at all with my hands cramping often. I do like the idea of getting it down on paper, and setting goals, but the companion like you said is a bit much, maybe only yearly goals then weekly or such. Having all of those just seems like too much for me to handle.

I like the sloth book. I crochet for fun and for gift giving. Although the companion is awesome I don't set goals or keep track of my stash or even plan out designs so it's more than what I would need. I do agree spiral bound and tabs would be a great feature.

The planners are a great idea 💡. I don't have a planner. I put to do list in phone. Both planners are cute. I would prefer them to be spiral bound as can then open flat. I think the cat likes the sloth planner. 😆 I would use the sloth or crojo planner to mark date I started my makes, what yarn and hook used. The name of pattern used and where I got the pattern. I would also put finish date of the project and how long worked on project each time I picked it up.
