I totally understand the side effects of pain meds. It stinks being forced into sedation to heal & stop the pain. I am so sorry🙏 HUGS . I'm just so happy to be able to sit and enjoy your smiling face again . I didn't notice any puffiness or anything. Just thought how incredibly strong & determined you are to keep showing up to make our days brighter 💓💓
Congrats Melissa! 🏆Enjoy! I started that patchwork bag with you, sewed the back to the front, then broke my wrist and had a plate put in. It feels like it takes forever to get back to normal, and even two years later, I can tell when I’ve overdone. Be kind to yourself, listen to your body, and don’t overdo. It’s not worth it. Regarding the other topic: Holy cow. That’s all I have to say. Love ya ❤❤❤
Glad to hear you are progressing with your arm. It can be frustrating at times. I broke my little toe four years ago and had to learn to sew with my left foot. Wasn't going to miss my sew along! But there were good days and bad with the pain in my right foot. Can completely emphasize with you about that and not being able to just stop and sit still because of being a mom, etc. Excited to learn more about your sew along in August!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Awe Stephanie, all you're announcements sound exciting. It's going to be fun. I understand how you been feeling. Muskoskeletal issues always take so long to heal..if at all.... it is hard for those that never had issues like that to understand....
You look fantastic...first priority is to take care of yourself...and your family...sewing will always be available and you can catch up once the pain is gone ....
Stephanie, I am sorry that someone made a remark like that. Please don't worry about what is going on right now. It is just a rough section in the road that will soon be gotten over and you will be back to yourself. Don't get down on yourself, you are in the process of healing and when you feel 100% things will be better. Have a wonderful weekend, very excited to hear you are improving. Now that is pretty interesting. I do not think I have ever heard of laminated cotton fabric before. I really am intrigued. I definitely will check that out. sorry to hear some people can be cruel. I have stopped subscription boxes. As you said. I guess i have outgrown them. Way too much duplication. Love getting fabrics but not notions😊 continue to improve and heal completely!
