Came to make a storytime/comment: I didn't know about your channel until my hair was comb twisted, before being comb twisted it was also bleached on the ends. I've gone months with comb twist with minimal results and the blonde not locking at all! the woman wanted to cut the blonde and leave the "non-damaged"(unbleached parts) But then I watched (too many) a lot of your videos and learned about crochet and its been about a week since I've had my dreads crochet, it saved me from getting my hair cut, my dreads look FIRE🔥 now, and I wanna say thanks for the videos :)

Let kell's hair grow to about 2 inches to 3 inches... Wet and circular sponge his hair til it is set in circular sections for individual braids. weave in each of the extended braids to each braid. When his hair is dreading up on its own you can clip off the extensions and let his hair to continue to grow dreads.

Tip for people who use crochet hooking: if your the type of person who want your dreads to lay down and not be so stiff just stick them in some hot water for a little bit
