Jokes on you, I made a Poland-Lithuania which streatched the entire map and had about 10 quadrillion gold. Or 10,202,990,000,000,000. I didnt quite add the gopd myelf though, it just happened to glitch that way.

How do you name the states because i dont know how. I tried to name Russia and it didnt end up well so i couldnt do it.

You click on it, then click rename if it's there. Haven't played AoC in a while

I used an autoclicker to glitch the gold count. Normally the max you can give them is 10k.

You can. Just click on a country and view the diplomacy menu. It will be there.
