Well, i guess, I’m gonna have to do, what I said, I didn’t wanna do. But it will have to wait a bit. Started a new job driving a tour bus and the gold wing will have to wait till a slower time. Thank you. I’m loving everything you’re doing with these videos!!

In my experience bro, just wait till you're free and clear and ready to work on the wing. The repair is always happier like that... Way better job. It becomes like a meditation, it's been really great for me

Love your videos! I was hoping you could do one on GL1500 thermostat replacement. I have heard guys talk of going in from the front by removing the radiators, there is another guy here on YT (GregoryH) who shows a brief video of removing the carbs like you do here and going in from the top, both of which are a LOT of work, and then I have heard that you can get to it by simply removing the right fan and going in from the side. Thanks a bunch!

I don't know if you can get to it through the radiator slot, I'll be honest with you I really don't think so. I have done that move to get to some vacuum lines but there is not much you can get to other than that by removing the radiator. It's directly underneath the carburetors and really crammed in there if you don't remove those carburetors. We're moving the carburetors is the only way I would do it and after that you only have to disconnect two bolts and two hoses.

You want as much space as you can make to work in there, I would suggest taking the carburetors off. There is a labyrinth of hoses connected to it and around it and you're just not going to be able to work comfortably without going in from the top overhead via carburetor removal. Been there bro, just take out the carburetors

I have a question. Love your videos BTW, I really need them to work on my GL1500SE. On one side of my 97 carburetor (not sure right now if it's front or back, there are vacuum hoses with a different kind of T fitting. You'll know which ones because they have a 6 or 9 on the hoses. The T fitting is two of one size and one of another. The smaller of the three broke off. I can try to locate a replacement but my question is there seems to be an opening in the middle of it and it's shaped like a square or box. It doesn't seem right at all with the opening if they are vacuum hoses. Unless I'm missing something, what is going on here? The part I need to buy is HONDA OEM T JOINT | 17194-MT2-000 if you want to see one.

Update: Turns out it's just a drain line. Fabricating a new piece to replace the old one.
