Nice video. I too am from Illinois, Rockford to be exact, and I have been to Glacier many times. I backpacked there when I was much younger and my first trip was to Cracker Lake the trail head for which begins in the Many Glacier Hotel parking lot. Nice job getting a reservation at the hotel, did you have to make it before your daughter was born😊. That is the usual way it needs to be done.
Thanks! We did book out the hotel before our daughter was born. We booked it last summer. You can book it right when reservations open up 1 year out for the next month. You can also look for cancellations but need to book it right then and there or it will be gone right away.
