Very hard to open but managed it in the end with the video here. However, tried to open it (to see if we could do it again!) and got sprayed! How to change the batteries if you still have liquid in the can? A bad design. Surely they could make it easier.

Guys if you're having difficulty opening all you have to do is squeeze the sides, they are marked on the sides. 😀

If you leave the timer set to Off, does it still respond if you press the manual trigger?

Don't follow how he opened it... Just press both sides of the sprayer, it has marking to make it obvious.

Absokuye $hite of a product. I have three of these and all suffer the same problem. More often than not, the the cannister does not sray out fragrance as intended. Either the pressing force is simply not strong enough, or the canniter spray design failed at quality control.
