Imagine having one of the best soundtracks that were ever written in the history of cinema and still not using it to hype up your sequel’s trailer.

A man became a youtuber, a youtuber became an editor, an editor who challenged the Hollywood studios !

This is a vast improvement. I swear, it's almost like they either didn't want to use Hans Zimmer's score in the actual trailer on purpose, or just didn't want to pay him the royalties.

Watched the original trailer a few hours ago: nearly died laughing, thought it was a parody; watched your trailer: had tears in my eyes, felt hyped..., you did an amazing job!

Now THIS is what the trailer should've been, music wise and edit wise. Instead of being a 3 min trailer with a hip hop track, it should've been at least a 1-2 min trailer with the OG HZ score (or even use a little bit of what Harry Gregson-Williams scored for this one if he had any). People say trailers "don't matter" and that it's "just a trailer," but it matters. It's the product's first impression. Otherwise, there's no point in having trailers/teasers.

I'm not a fan of things going viral but this one definitely needs to take over whatever we'd seen (or rather heard) in the first trailer. We need to un-hear that original version. This one needs to go viral. And I'm not even into people self-promoting themselves or their products. But I am with you on this one. This version was way better. Let's put this out there, people. Even without Paramount's approval, let's show the studio what good marketing campaign looks like especially when you augment appropriate music.

Goosebumps. First thing I searched for after watching the real trailer.

I don’t think it’s possible for this movie to not diminish the original, which is one of the best films ever made.

Now this is how you do it, the soundtrack perfectly fit the tone of the movie and the way how he show Denzel acting and how he talks in this trailer is much better because in the original trailer it's like Denzel character didn't belong in that era. Whoever Hollywood had that edited and approved the original trailer needs to be fired and hire this man asap.

It’s sad because when a trailer is made so well to the point that you find yourself going back to watch those trailers even after you’ve seen the movie. Because its job is to sell you on the movie, to make you believe, to Intrigue. And for that to happen there has to be an obvious sense of passion. A certainty just being watching a *trailer* that there’s clearly people behind it who understand the assignment. I still don’t have my hopes up for this movie. But for this 1:54 long trailer I believed that this movie would be amazing. This movie is going to TANK Ridley Scott’s career if it ending up being as bad as the first trailer they put out this morning.

I knew what was missing instantly, when I first saw the studio version? The epic score of the original movie! Not some crappy Jay-Z song, which made it feel cheesy...

I said in my video that this would've been the best path to go down. Make a rendition of the original theme and use it for the trailer and you automatically have people hyped.

Was at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday for Zimmer v Williams and they did this,amazing to hear it live with full orchestra

But now, when I listen to this score, omg.
