This twin hex pin system is on the T-Bar and Fold and Boom Base pivot points. Far exceeds the industry standard.
The unit starts at $14k w/ the hydraulic system. The Electric/Hydraulic Pump is the choice of many.
Clutch Pump option is available and is approx $3k more by the time you purchase everything needed to install.
The Electric Hydraulic Pump we use is over spec'd and has a 10 min duty cycle compared to the 2 min duty cycle other companies tend to use.
You can get an optional 3.5-ton Recovery Boom and Electric Winch. You could get a hydraulic winch option as well. This would require a clutch pump application.
If you're going to install it. Comes w/ everything needed to install.
Tow Light Plug, Work Lights, Wired Tow Lights, Ratchets, Straps, Safety Chains, Power Wire & the controller is pre-wired to the pump for easy installation.
We offer installation at $1500. To reinforce the frame is mandatory to add another $2k (which is worth $5k). The Frame Reinforcement is key to having a worry-free operation.

No Dodge 2500 w/ Rear Coil Suspension. We can not install any kind of unit on this truck.
No rear Gas tanks. The Lil Herc needs that real estate. Some clients are forced to purchase a Mid Ship Tank and remove the Rear Tank and relocate it. The truck must have a 10,000lb GVWR or we can’t install it.
